THE 46, located on the edge of the D265, without neighborhood, surrounded by meadows and forests

Renovated old house of 100 m2, a floor served by a quarter turn wooden staircase, located on the edge of the D265, giving access to a plot of 3200 m2, no neighbors, accessible and nearby forests for walks, pickups of fruits and mushrooms in season. The house is very well insulated, with all the comforts and amenities necessary for a good stay. Despite its isolation the house is only fifteen minutes from shops located in Arlanc and la Chaise-Dieu, or half an hour from Ambert and three quarters of an hour from Issoire and Brioude. The property is very close to the Haute-Loire and one can also go to Puy en Velay or its surroundings. In winter, snow can be used for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding for children. You can also go to the ski resorts of Praboure and Chalmazel (near the Col des Pradaux) located about 50 kms away and which have the advantage of being family resorts and therefore accessible to all. To visit also the zoo of Ardes on Couze about 60 km. IMPORTANT: THE HOUSEHOLD COSTS OF 15 EUROS APPLY ONLY IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS SALE from the visitors.

Tadellos renoviertes Bauernhaus. Nette Vermieter wohenen im selben Gebäude, ohne dass man sich auf die Pelle rückt. Wunderbare Gegend!

Nous ne sommes restés qu une nuit chez Nicole et c est bien notre seul regret ! L environnement est magnifique, la maison rénovée avec goût et Nicole tellement gentille ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Très bonne location

Nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchions : le calme et le confort. Tout est conforme au descriptif, les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et très discrets. On se sent bien chez soi car il n'y a pas de vis à vis. La région est propice aux petites ballades à pied ou en voiture. Nous recommandons sans réserve. Merci encore à Nicole pour votre gentillesse et les petits cadeaux de bienvenue discrètement mis à notre intention (fameuses les tartes maisons aux framboises!) Nous pensons revenir à la belle saison pour profiter du jardin de Nicole

Quel calme !

Nous avons beacoup apprécié notre séjour au 46 ! La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Tout est propre et très fonctionnel. Nous avons adoré le calme de cet endroit, et le contact très chaleureux avec les propriétaires. Nous y retournerons sûrement !
