Traditional house Picardy of 155 m2, dating from the late nineteenth, with a large garden of 3000 m2. Ideally located 2 km from the beach of Fort Mahon, 1 km from the Belle Dune Golf, 1 km from the shops and close to an equestrian center.

House with 6 rooms - independent - sleeps 9.

- Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room. One bedroom with a double bed (140); a bedroom with a double bed (130) and two single beds (90) with a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A bathroom and a separate toilet also.

- upstairs: attic converted into a large family room with a double bed (160) and two single beds (90). desk, table football, toys for children.

Outside: Large garden table, barbecue, ping-pong table.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Rates: From 900 euros the week, according to season. From 400 for a weekend.

Beautiful home

Fantastic stay in this beautiful house. Garden is huge - kids loved running in it and the upstairs room just for them. Great location, 5min drive to park just behind the dunes next to the sea. Lots of options for restaurants/short drives to shops. Would happily stay again!

Easter getaway

Easy to book, excellent contact with the owner. Very big garden, pictures don’t do it justice!! House has plenty of room and it well equipped. Easy access to and from Fort Mahon.

Schönes Picardie-Haus in ruhiger Umgebung und parkartigem Garten. Gemütliche Einrichtung mit antiken Möbeln, funktioneller Küche und einem prächtigen Kamin. Die obere Etage ist für Kinder konzipiert. Die beiden Toiletten sind allerdings dringend renovationsbedürftig und entsprechen nicht diesem Preissegment. Ein herzlicher Empfang und freundliche Kommunikation.

Toller Garten

Wir haben zu dritt (3 Freundinnen 60) mit einem kleinen Hund eine Woche im Haus der Familie Matysen verbracht. Das Haus hat Charakter und Flair, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das kleine Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum großen Schlafzimmer, in dem sich auch das eine Bad und die eine Toilette befindet. Da es in dem großen Schlafzimmer aber eine Tür nach draußen gibt, man das Durchgangszimmer also nicht durchqueren muss, um in die restlichen Räume oder den Garten zu gelangen, macht das nichts. Die Küchenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben viel gekocht und dann draußen im Garten gegessen.Der Garten ist wunderbar, riesig und von großen alten Bäumen gesäumt, also nahezu uneinsehbar. Da das Gelände abgeschlossen ist, können Hunde hier prima toben. Die Lage ist ruhig und zu den Geschäften oder in die Baie d‘Authie lässt es sich in 15-20 Minuten prima laufen. Das Restaurant „Auberge de la Louvière“ am Ende der Straße ist sehr empfehlenswert.Ein sehr schönes Haus für alle, die eine ruhige Lage und eine persönliche Atmosphäre schätzen.

Schöne, entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und schöne zwei Wochen verbracht. Der garten dient zur absoluten Entspannung und in dem Haus ist genug Platz. Das Haus weist zwar kleinere Mängel oder Reperaturen auf, ist aber dennoch vollständig ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et avons passé deux semaines agréables. Le jardin sert à la détente absolue et dans la maison il y a beaucoup d'espace. la maison présente des défauts ou des révisions, mais est tout de même entièrement équipée. nous reviendrions certainement

Maison ideale pour un sejour en famille, où l on se sent comme chez soi.

Agreable sejour ds une longére spacieuse, chaleureuse entourée d un grand et joli jardin bien clôturé. Rien ne manque. Cuisine bien equipee, chaises longues, salon de jardin, petit dortoir a l etage avec plein de jeux d enfants, cheminee tres agreable pour l apero au coin du feu. Endroit tres calme. 30mns a pieds de la mer, et 20mns a pieds des premiers commerces... Deux chambres sont en enfilade, mais il y a un acces extérieur pour acceder a la chambre du fond..donc, aucun problème. Les voitures peuvent etre rentrees en tte securite dans le jardin.. Endroit où nous reviendrons avec plaisir, où nous avons ete bien accueillis. Echanges avec le propriétaire tres satisfaisant. .

Un bon week-end au coin du feu

Belle maison adaptée aux familles, avec chambres en enfilade et grand séjour / salle à manger. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cheminée. Grand parc à l’arrière de la maison. Point fort: un équipement très complet dans la cuisine, rien ne manque. Point faible: les salles de bains un peu moins confortables que le reste

Le petit bémol sur la maison est juste à propos du baby foot, nous nous attendions à un vrai et non pas d'enfant et pas en état. Maison très bien et beau terrain bien clos pour animaux. Malheureusement météo pas terrible...mais ça les prioritaires n'y peuvent rien.
