Blue Haven is a stilted duplex located in the Dunes Golf and Tennis Community. Your private lanai overlooks the beautiful Dunes Golf Course and lake, where you will see plenty of Sanibel wildlife and enjoy watching the golfers finishing up on hole #18. Not only will you have a great view, but Blue Haven is located in the perfect spot to get breathtaking sunset views too! Approximately a 10-15 min. bike ride to the Sanibel Lighthouse, fishing pier and local restaurants and shops, this three-bedroom, two-bath duplex is great for a family of six who want to enjoy Sanibel for a month or longer!



HOME FEATURES

This home features a fully updated kitchen with everything you need to create homemade meals or even quick lunches with the electric grill. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is equipped with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are located on the second floor and have a Jack and Jill bathroom setup. The first guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, while the other guest bedroom has two twins and an attached den area that is perfect for the kids to play games or even to get some work done.

The Dunes Golf Tennis Club, located on Sanibel Island, has an 18-hole golf course and 7 Har-Tru tennis courts open to the public, and was recently named “Best Golf Course in Lee County.” Beach access is a short drive from the Blue Haven Home.
