Welcome to the Vail Valley! This home is conveniently located between the Vail and Beaver Creek Ski areas, a 5 minute drive to the Beaver Creek and a 10 minute drive to Vail. It is situated on the 12th green of the Eagle Vail Golf Course and close to the town of Avon. It is perfect for a family retreat and comfortably accommodates to larger families, sleeping up to 10. We also just renovated our 2 first floor bedrooms!

It is a quick 35 miles to the Eagle airport and approximately 2 hours from DIA. Additionally, the home is a block away from the bus route. Sitting in the midst of the best skiing in the world and on one of the most memorable mountain golf courses in Colorado makes this a perfect choice for both summer and winter vacations.

This is a duplex home and has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a loft room that doubles as a kid’s play area or extra bedroom (w/futon). The master bedroom is located on the third floor and has a queen bed, master bath and private balcony over looking the golf course and the mountains. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the ground floor and both exit onto the patio and the always sunny back yard. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom sleeps 6 on 3 twin sized bunk beds. The 2nd full bath is adjacent to these bedrooms.

There are TV's in all bedrooms as well as in the living room. Wi-fi high speed internet access is available on the property.

There is ample storage for skis and gear in the attached one car garage. Parking is available on site for 3 cars.

The home is a perfect place for a large family with kids or several couples traveling together.

The home was built by Jon and Geri Fuglestad from Naperville, IL, with roots in the Fargo-Moorhead area. The Fuglestad family has been vacationing in the Vail Valley their entire lives and loves both winters and summers in Colorado. Jon developed numerous other Eagle Vail properties near the home during the 1980s as the Vail Valley was growing. Jon has 5 adult children living in the Twin cities, Chicago suburbs, and overseas and 16 grandchildren. Geri passed away in 2000 and Jon remarried Shirley a few years later. Combined they have more than 30 grandchildren that you will see pictured in the home during their lifetime of visits to Vail. We hope you create great memories here too!
