Great for our group

This house was comfortable for our group of 8 ladies on our annual golf trip. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

This condo was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views from the main floor. It was also very well stocked, to include ground coffee and filters! It was a very short drive to good restaurant choices and centrally located to the golf courses we played.Our foursome thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great Location

A great place for the family to stay. Both ski resorts (Beaver Creek and Vail) were both close by. The big southern windows brought in lots of sunshine and gave us a pleasant view I’d the golf course.The grocery store (Walmart) and The Vail Church were very very close.

Great place in a great spot for great price. Its not brand new but clean and more than functional. I would have liked to have had the deck scooped off so we could use it since the weather was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Family ski trip

Plenty of space and great light in the home. Very nice layout that allowed everyone to have their own space when wanted or when everyone wanted to be together. The view out the main windows is wonderful. It was great for cross country skiing and sledding. Very close to the Beaver Creek lots. Super handy location.

Wonderful Eagle-Vail/Avon

Annual Family and Friends Thanksgiving birthday celebration! We love this home. Very spacious and comfortable. The windows in the great room were so nice overlooking a walking trail and likely a golf course is under all the snow! Very well stocked home. Lovely fireplace. Convenient to stores and freeway. Home is well maintained and the property manager is very responsive.

Ski vacation at Beaver Creek

The house is nice, and in a good location--minutes from BC. The only downside was there was someone's laundry piled on the washer and dryer, the carpets appeared not to have been vacuumed, and there were some dirty muffin trays on the stove. It looked like someone rushed to leave before we got there. Otherwise, it was good.

No-frills house good for big groups

Pros:The home was well situated in Avon near the main road on a well-maintained street, making for easy access to both Vail and Eagle Creek. We especially enjoyed the views from the kitchen and dining area overlooking the golf course and walking path. We appreciated the ample sleeping space and open kitchen-dining-living area for relaxing and socializing as a big group. Cons:Generally old and dated. Furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms in need of upgrades.TVs and sound system were very antiquated - no On-TV Apps, Roku, FireStick, or even a way to stream from a phone/computer.

Great place for group of 9

Our group of 9 (4 couples, 1 child) enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was beautiful and well stocked, lots of seating and space to spread out in the living room/dining room area. Some board games and deck of cards were a nice touch under the bar sink. Jay our host was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated our late check out request. Quick, easy drive to Beaver Creek (~5 mins) and Vail (~10) resorts/parking. The plaza ~ 5 mins away had walmart, pizza, vietnamese pho, liquor store and a bunch of other places. The garage came with some sleds and the common backyard area looked great for walking and exploring.

What an incredible place to stay. Sun coming in through the huge skylight in the morning and setting through the floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen/living room in the afternoon. We spent many hours sitting on the huge balcony, enjoying the mountain view through the trees and applauding great puts on the green. An unexpected treat was seeing a deer with two newly born fawns in the front yard. A rare sight indeed.The three level floor plan provided plenty of privacy and the huge kitchen had all the utensils, dishes and cooking supplies needed to cook any meal. If we needed to cool off we could head to the basement, which was a constant 65-68 degrees. Jay was a great host! He answered any question we had immediately. Check in was a breeze and we could park our car in the garage. This was one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed and we highly recommend it.

Truly a great home and location! If you don’t want the hustle and bustle of Vail village, this is the place to stay. Spacious home, well kept, quiet, and the owner is super responsive and down to earth! I highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next trip to either Vail or Beaver Creek.
