Very nice little villa at the Franqui

Rental in a quiet residence with collective swimming pool of a very pretty little villa not overlooked in the FRANQUI- municipality of Leucate - for 4/5 people 10 minutes walk from the seafront, restaurants, and
local stores.


Floor:

2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is air conditioned with 140 double beds.

Ground floor:

Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter and tassimo coffee makers, kettle, toaster, fryer, sandwich maker, steam cooker.
Living room with convertible sofa, lcd tv. 
Storage room with washing machine and fridge freezer.
Bathroom with bath
separate wc. 

Outside:

Garden of 50m2 without vis-à-vis. Terrace sheltered by awning. Garden furniture, deckchair, electric barbecue. Convenient hot water shower when you come back from the beach. 
Private parking space in closed parking. 
Large collective swimming pool reserved for tenants.

The La Feuilleraie residence is ideal for families and it is the only residence with a swimming pool in the area. Its access is regulated and remains limited exclusively to the occupants of the residence. It remains calm, also in the evening even in summer. 

La Francois is the oldest seaside resort in Aude. Ideal for a family stay, it has all the essential amenities and local shops, a cycle lane for cycling, a long walk by the sea and pond as well as on the plateau to do on foot or by bike. In summer, a small luna park is located in the center for the little ones as well as a night market.
The swimming pool is only open during the summer season.
Weekend possibilities between February and June.

Maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e Ă  10 min Ă  pied de la plage, au calme et Ă  l’abri du vent. ExtĂ©rieur trĂšs verdoyant, agrĂ©able avec hamac et chaises longues. La douche extĂ©rieure est un plus pour les retours de plage. We came to like it.

It's in many ways a charming place. We may not have read the description carefully but my wife has a physical condition that means she needs to be on the same floor as the bathroom at night., so finding that wasn't the case at the end of some other difficulties was a blow. The owner did send very clear instructions about finding and getting into the property, but not until 48 hours before the rental and only 15 hours before we left home. The small garden is lovely and the outside shower bliss. We went to this location because we knew the beach at Leucate
