Very bright and pleasant apartment in all seasons.
Very quiet and efficient ceiling fans in living room and one of the two bedrooms.

Near town center and access to the top of the cliff, living room and kitchen with sea view. .
Many nearby activities: Sand yachting, tennis, windsurfing, ranch and access to the top of the nearby cliff.

Excellent apartment in perfect location in La Franqui

The apartment is well equipped with everything (kitchen utensils etc. ) you need for a perfect holiday. The ceiling fans in the living rooms and one of the bedrooms help to keep a pleasant temperature even in very hot weather. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. Two bakeries (Boulangerie) at walking distance. Communication with Frédéric (landlord) and Mrs. Amaru (contact onsite) was easy, both speak English. We were there in June 2023 before the high season.

Concernant le parking en période estivale, on prend assez peu la voiture d’une part : plage, commerce, marché, balade sont accessibles tout près. D’autre part, même en période estivale, le parking, à côté également, se libère le soir et on trouve toujours des places dans les rues au-dessus de l'appartement ou parallèles à la plage tout au long de la journée. Der Ausblick ein Traum

Toller Kontakt zum Vermieter, Kontakt auch vor Ort. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Franqui ein verträumter Ort im März keine Geschäfte offen aber in Leucate alles zu bekommen. Toll für Surfer, Kiter etc.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Die Wohnung ist äußerst gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Hier findet man alles, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und angenehm. Vor Ort hatten wir das Vergnügen, eine sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin zu haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen!
