Little corner of paradise exceptional waterfront location

Residence the South Seas, GRUISSAN, the Ayguades
Exceptional location feet in the water. swimming pool in the residence, secure private parking in front of the apartment.
Our little corner of paradise is located on the seafront, placed on the sand and sns walk in front, with direct access to the beach through the garden of the apartment.
The apartment has been completely renovated, tastefully decorated and current:
2 separate bedrooms, one with a 140 bed, and the other two bunk beds.
Kitchen equipped with quality appliances: induction hob, oven pyrolysis, silent dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffeemaker dolce gusto, and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender heating phillips, multicooker moulinex, steam cooked seb, rice cooker, washing machine, TV, dvd player, cd player, Bluetooth speakers, dvd and books and board games available.
Terrace: garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, beach games.
Ideal for families.
Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
Well behaved animals are welcome from September to June.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell, die Wohnung wie beschrieben klein, aber okay. Bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad fehlt einfach die Klimaanlage. Es gibt jede Menge Küchengeräte, Geschirr und Gläser, Geschirrtücher, SpüMaTabs und Kaffeetabs, WC Papier.Auch ein Grill und Holzkohle sind da. Für einfach nur Spaghetti oder ein Spiegelei, bringt einen Topf und eine Bratpfanne mit.

Lage Lage Lage

Die Lage direkt am weitläufigen Strand mit dem Meer direkt vor der Nase ist einfach ein Traum! Das ist auch der Hauptgrund, weswegen wir einen so wunderbaren, entspannten Urlaub hatten. Sehr zu schätzen wussten wir auch die vielen abwechslungsreichen Wasseraktivitäten, die schnell zu erreichen sind. Praktisch war auch der fußläufig gelegene Bäcker, wir vermissen unser morgendliches Baguette, die Chocolatines und Croissants.

Erholsamer Urlaub an wundervoller Lage

Wir haben eine wundervoll erholsame Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden was es braucht. Melanie hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen, die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt. Gruissan selber ist ein schönes südfranzösiches Städtchen mit kunterbuntem Markt. Nebst langen Strandspaziergängen, sind Entdeckungstouren im La Clape Gebirge und den Weingütern der Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen. Die Weine der Weingüter Rochette sur Mer, Chateau Capitou, sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wer gern exzellent und auserlesen isst, ist im Restaurant Mediteraneo des Chateau Capitou gut aufgehoben. Wer Meeresfrüchte mag sollte sich ein Ausflug in die Salinen und das Restaurant le Saunier, nicht entgehen lassen.
