3 room apartment (40 m2) on the ground floor with terrace directly overlooking the beach. Beautiful sea view and mountains. Ideal location for family holidays and nature lovers.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. 1 bedroom with bunk beds 190x90, 1 bedroom with bed 200x160 (new mattress).
Swimming pool open in season. Private parking space in the residence. 2 Bikes (adults) available against good care.

Nous sommes venus dĂ©jĂ  l'annĂ©e derniĂšre et nous avons constatĂ© la vĂ©tustĂ© qui commence Ă  se faire bien ressentir... prise arrachĂ© du mur enrubannĂ© dans un adhĂ©sif noir, abattant des toilettes qui montre une certaine usure, les joints du carrelage de la salle de bain qui commence Ă  noircir, le canapĂ© est en bout de course...đŸ˜© Par contre l'accueil tjrs trĂšs bien.... Le dĂ©part un peu moins avec un quiproquo sur l'heure, mais dans l'ensemble rien a redire.

Vacances d'automne aux Ayguades 2022

Pas de doute, cet appartement est superbement situĂ© et la rĂ©gion est magnifique. M. Moitry est sympathique et serviable, et nous avons eu un contact facile avant et pendant notre sĂ©jour de 16 jours. Nous avons nĂ©anmoins Ă©tĂ© surpris par le mauvais entretien de cet appartement. Encombrement de meubles dans un si petit espace, remplis de bric-Ă -brac nous empĂȘchant d'y ranger nos affaires. Gras et poussiĂšre incrustĂ©e partout et des taches rouges orangĂ©es couvraient le seul canapĂ© ainsi que les portes de ce petit appartement ! Des prises Ă©lectriques dĂ©collĂ©es du mur sans connection, une batterie de cuisine totalement Ă  jeter et ne parlons pas de l'Ă©tat du balais comme de l'aspirateur, un WC d'origine indigne d'une location de ce prix et etc... Le tout nous a laissĂ© sans voix ! Bref, afin de pouvoir passer au mieux les 16 jours, il nous a fallu faire un nettoyage en rĂšgle et vu que tous les restaurants de la rĂ©gion Ă©taient fermĂ©s Ă  cette pĂ©riode, nous avons dĂ» acheter tout ce qui nous fallait afin de cuisiner correctement. Mieux, nous avons mĂȘme dĂ» faire la lessive avant de partir comme il nous a Ă©tĂ© demandĂ©!? Franchement, vu le prix pour un mois d'octobre et au vu des dĂ©sagrĂ©ments subis, c'est cher payĂ© ! Une situation dĂ©sagrĂ©able voire inconfortable que nous n'avons jamais rencontrĂ© au long de nos annĂ©es de voyages, et un trĂšs fort sentiment de se faire prendre pour des vaches Ă  lait ! Vu le grand nombre de locations constatĂ©s, il est Ă©vident que la conciergerie est dĂ©faillante car toutes ces anomalies devraient ĂȘtre signalĂ©es au propriĂ©taire et rĂ©parĂ©es entre les locations. C'est Ă©vident que nos vacances dĂ©jĂ  prĂ©vues Ă  cet endroit en 2023 se feront ailleurs.

Vue superbe

TrÚs bon accueil. Magnifique vue sur la mer avec une plage a perte de vue, terrasse sur le sable. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, et reviendrons volontier l'année prochaine.

Tolle Lage...

Super Lage direkt am Strand gelegen mit seitlichem Blick aufs Meer. Schmale KĂŒche und kleine Schlafzimmer- fĂŒr 2 Personen aber völlig ok. Die Matratzen etwas durchgelegen... Sehr schade ist dass man die TerrassentĂŒre nicht von außen abschließen kann- so muss man an den Strand immer um das Haus herum laufen... Alles in allem aber eine sehr gute Unterkunft!

super sĂ©jour les pieds dans le sable ! super accueil . nous aurions juste aimĂ© ĂȘtre au courant des travaux sur la plage (bulldozer) qui ont un peu gĂąchĂ© les grasses matinĂ©es et le son de la mer de 8h a 17h ! sinon super emplacement, un accueil chaleureux et un appartement petit mais bien pensĂ© et trĂšs propre ! nous gardons l adresse ! 👍

Ideale ruhige und strandnahe Lage

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal, sie ist sowohl Strandnah als auch ruhig, da dem Meer seitlich zugewandt und die SchlafrĂ€ume gehen Richtung Innenhof in einer Sackgasse des Fußwegs. Man kann direkt auf das Meer und auf die Flagge am RettungsschwimmerhĂ€uschen sehen. Strand und Meer ist sehr sauber und auf der rechten Seite hat man viel Platz am Strand. Wir haben den Urlaub in vollem Umfang genießen können.

petit logement agréable pour un court séjour

petit logement bien situĂ© avec une petite terrasse qui permet d'ĂȘtre Ă  l'ombre tout en profitant de l'air marin avec accĂšs Ă la mer ; la chambre parentale est un peu petite et on ne peut pas trop ranger les vĂȘtements (obligĂ© de les mettre dans une armoire de salle Ă  manger) mais la literie est trĂšs bonne . un problĂšme s'est posĂ© en fin de sĂ©jour, la porte d'entrĂ©e a failli nous rester dans les mains (gond qui s'est dĂ©tachĂ©) , le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur ne ferme pas hermĂ©tiquement (porte qui se dĂ©cale) , la position du support du pommeau de douche ne permet pas de poser ce dernier et nous ne pouvions donc pas avoir les mains libres sous la douche ; le lave vaisselle a dĂ©bordĂ© quand on a changĂ© de programme ; on nous avait dit qu'il y aurait un barbecue qu'on pouvait utiliser sur la plage mais on ne l'a pas vu. il y aurait donc quelques petits travaux Ă  effectuer mais pour un court sĂ©jour comme le nĂŽtre (5 jours) ce logement est satisfaisant.

Ideal mit Hund

Wir waren Ende Juli Anfangs August in dieser Wohnung mit Hund. Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Einzig die fĂŒr uns grosse Hitze hat uns zu sehr eingeschrĂ€nkt. Die Wanderwege blieben daher ungenutzt. Die Wohnung liegt seitlich einer grösseren Überbauung mit wunderbaren freiem Blick seitlich aufs Meer und viel Sand. Schade ist nur, dass eine Hecke die Sicht nach vorne verdeckt - die wĂ€re schmaler und tiefer geschnitten fĂŒr unseren Geschmack idealer. Unser mittelgrosse Hund konnte problemlos den Gartenhag ĂŒberspringen. Somit eingezĂ€unt ist es nicht wirklich doch ein grosser Hundehacken steht zur VerfĂŒgung. Der Hund kann super im Etang und ausserhalb der Strandzeiten ĂŒberall Baden. Auch das versĂ€ubern mit Robidog in der NĂ€he ist super. Somit ein super toller und empfehlenswerter Ort. Wir kommen im FrĂŒhling oder Herbst gerne wieder. :-) Danke den Vermietern fĂŒr diese schöne Zeit.
