Located near US-60, 303, I-17 and I-10 freeways, this charming home is part of the Sun City West community with recreation centers and golf clubs (membership fees apply). Our 1326 sq. ft Vista North home has 2-bedrooms and 2-baths with an open flowing floorplan. This home has tile in common areas, plantation shutters and ceiling fans throughout; stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar complete the kitchen. The master ensuite has a walk in shower and generous sized walk in closet; split floorplan. The large laundry room/pantry connects the kitchen with the garage. There is a screened in patio off the kitchen that opens to the small outdoor space.

Great Base for the Final Four in Glendale

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. We live in a 55+ community in Indiana, so we felt right at home. With all of the activities associated with the Final Four, we did not get a chance to enjoy the neighborhood amenities, but it looked like there were a lot to choose from. Communication with the owners was excellent, and the check in and check our processes were very easy. The only negative that I will mention is that there was some noise from traffic and the nearby train tracks, but that was not a major issue during our stay. Thanks!

Perfect place

Our week long stay was very comfortable. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house was furnished very nicely with lots of beautiful southwestern art. The house was complete with every possible item we could ever need!! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks Jeanne and Charlie!

Great Arizona Vacation!

My husband and I rented this great home for five weeks. It was perfect for us. The home was very accommodating. The owners had the home ready and well stocked with all of the essentials you would possibly need. They were easy to communicate with and responded quickly if we had any questions. We felt right at home immediately and found the location to be perfect for us! We had friends and family visit. There was plenty of room , and lots of fun things to do at the recreation centers nearby. We enjoyed the pools, the putt putt and workout areas. Lots to do in surrounding areas , and some great hiking trails nearby at many regional parks. We’d love to rent here again. Thank you!!🌵

Westward Bound

We enjoyed our stay very much. The area is just what we were looking for. Neat, clean, quiet and easy access to conveniences & entertainment. The only thing we could've hoped for was a little bit better weather. We had planned to venture out to more scenic places & had to cancel because of freezing rain & snow. We will probably come again but closer to mid/later spring.

Charlie and I were raised in the Phoenix area, moved to Washington State in the 1980's and then moved back to Arizona in 2007. We currently live in Wickenburg, about 30 minutes from our SunCityWest home and are looking forward to retirement and some travel in 2020. We love Arizona and the large variety of activities, sites, weather, terrain, and people and are happy to call it home.
