Home away from home

We spent two weeks in this home and it felt like home!! The beds were comfortable, the house has everything you need, the kitchen was great and it’s beautifully decorated. The screened in Arizona room was delightful and the fruit trees were wonderful. I would stay here again and Melinda was awesome to communicate with.

Our overall impression of the property was a "10." Loved the location! House had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. Would love to stay there the next time we are in Sun City West.

Seeking sun, we purchased our home in Sun City West in 2019. We are from Oregon and enjoy traveling back up there in the summer. We love the community and many, many outdoor activities available.

Why they chose this property

Our home is located in a quiet, traffic free neighborhood in Sun City West. We are very near Echo Mesa Golf Course and can see one of the fairways through the houses across the street. The location is perfect! 0.5 miles from the RH Johnson Rec. Center and Fry's grocery store. It can't be beat.

What makes this property unique

We have decorated with beautiful art and pieces from overseas travels. The backyard is amazing. We enjoy sitting in the AZ room for morning coffee while listening to the birds and watching the bunnies and quail. It is very private and has a block fence.
