Fully Furnished Sun City Grand resort-style active living


Nicely furnished home with two-car garage located close to both recreation centers.

New luxury vinyl plank flooring, trim and interior paint though out the home add a cheery touch to this comfortable and cheery home. Updated in December 2021.

Living room features leather couch, 55” flat screen SMART TV and DVD/CD equipment.

Spacious kitchen with double oven, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils.

Roomy master bedroom has king bed, night stands and dressers. Master bath has walk-in tiled shower, large vanity and walk-in closet.

Second bedroom has queen bed, night stand and dresser. There is a queen air mattress for additional guests.

Guest bath has tub/shower combination.

The quiet and peaceful rear patio has patio table and chairs, gas grill and a water feature. The property backs up to one of the many great trails in the community.

We are a dog friendly home (sorry no cats). The yard is not fenced and we ask you to keep barking to a minimum, pick up dog refuse immediately and not allow them to wander into the neighbors.

Full access to all Sun City Grand amenities for stays of 30 days or longer can purchased through Sun City Grand. This includes two state of the art fitness centers, four pools, 2 large hot tubs, putting green, tennis, pickle ball, reduced golf rates, lawn bowling, activity clubs, workshops, classes and much more.

One renter must be at least 45 years of age and children under 19 are allowed for a maximum of 14 days. Minimum rental term of 30 days. During December-March a minimum of 45 day rental is required.

Very Relaxing Home to Recharge Your Batteries

Very beautiful home to come to to get that relaxing vacation that you need. Everything is very neat and organized. Owner provided a wonderful experience to come and enjoy. Lots of supplies for the kitchen and everything you need to have a great vacation. Would definitely recommend.

Great Experience

The house had everything that you could possibly need in a rental. There is a walking path behind property that was great. The landscaping needed a lot of work and was disappointed that there was no water to the landscaping and quite a bit of dead plants. Overall this is a great property to rent.

We owned a house right down the street from this one for 15 years. Love the neighborhood. Love the walking path right out the back slider. Carrie was a really, really easy-to-work-with owner. The house had everything you could possible need especially the kitchen. And the front courtyard was great. Highly recommend.

Fun at the “Grand”‼️

I loved the location ‼️ the path behind the house was beautiful and inviting for walks or bike rides. The house is in need of a little TLC and carpet removal which I think is being done this month . Very comfortable just the perfect size 🥰

It’s grand in Sun City Grand

We enjoyed our stay in Carrie and Doug’s rental. It’s a very comfortable home, nice kitchen, pretty patio alongside the walking path, comfy beds and loved the office area. Carrie and Doug were very responsive in answering any questions we had.
