You feel comfortable on your stay. Each bedroom has very comfortable bedding and and Sheets ceiling fans and A TV. There is also a sitting chair in each room full size mirrors and beautiful art work
The bathroom provides a walk in Shower plush towels and a special toilet with a ….BIDET. You will want to take it home with you.
A well stocked kitchen with with a Huge island that’s wide open to the living room. The living room is filled with the comforts of home a large tv ceiling fans comfortable seating and for ambiance and warmth a beautiful electric fireplace. You will fall in love with this house. Please note this is a 55 and older community.

Amazing, excellent property! The best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. Wonderful remodel, excellent kitchen everything stocked- like being at home. Owners very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Beds are incredibly comfortable, wonderful bathroom. Perfect house to stay in!

Golf trip

Very nice & comfortable home! Well equipped & Tastefully decorated. Located in a great area for what we were looking for. Host Susan was very responsive and excellent to work with. I hope we can rent this pace again next year!

AZ graduation visit

We had such a wonderful time on our first visit to Arizona. The house was perfect for the two of us. There was only one downfall - not enough dresser/storage space to put clothes and personals. Maybe a cube dresser in each bedroom closet?? We look forward to our next visit, and will definitely be looking for this one. Thank you

Great Place, Great Host

The house was recently renovated, with new appliances and a fresh coat of paint. It was the perfect place for my son and I to stay during his baseball tournament. As we settled in, the clean and cool air conditioning was a welcome relief from the sweltering heat outside. This house had become our home away from home. And we couldn't recommend it highly enough to others.

I stayed at this home for about two weeks and I would highly recommend it to anybody. It is a really nice home clean perfect size whether it’s for short terms Stays or long the owner was very respectful and accommodating as well as understanding. I appreciate that in landlords because things do happen in life that we are not in control of, and it’s nice to know that there are still good people out in the world. There are nice parks around & the fact that it’s dog friendly is a plus !! The neighborhood is definitely a safe, quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly as well. The only thing that I would recommend is that the owners put up a fence for the backyard if they’re going to have it a pet friendly property that way they can ensure the tenants pet’s safety aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend staying here if the location is right for you!!! Thank you again to the owners of this property For welcoming my family into their home

Everything was clean and in good order. The neighborhood was quiet. It was great with two minor exceptions related to laundry. First, the washer's detergent tray wasn't accessible without tilting the sliding door off its rails on one side. I didn't have a problem with it, but I suspect some older or smaller visitors would. Second, the linens were so saturated with scents (presumably from the laundry detergent and fabric softener) that it was difficult to get to sleep. Please consider using fragrance-free laundry products.

Enjoyed the bunnies and quail with their babies!

Very well done updated Sun city home. Met all our expectations for comfort and privacy. Instructions on how to operate the TV and Cox remote were needed. They left a number for us to call but we didn’t bother them. We were able to watch local news and weather on the bedroom TV. Very well equipped kitchen!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, however, we did encounter one issue. The main bed (King-sized) in the larger bedroom was rather high and there were no step stools to assist in getting into bed. Unfortunately, we had to use the smaller bedroom with a Queen bed. Not a real issue but don't plan to stay here and use both bedrooms if you are short like I am (5' 4"). We did enjoy the recliners built into the couch and appreciated the laundry facilities.

Clean and modern interior

Excellent stay. Interior was spotless and very well appointed. Modern and tastefully furnished with everything necessary for a great stay. Older neighborhood, quiet and clean. Back yard needed some sprucing up.
