Family Time In Sun City

Very nice place to stay. Two couples had plenty of room. Nice floor plan and great outdoor space. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

The house was clean and met our needs. We would suggest the cleaning crew leave the screen door unlocked(as we had difficulty getting in) and that they supply an extra roll of TP in the bathrooms. Other supplies were plentiful and this was probably just overlooked.

The property itself was very well appointed, and nice. The screened-in patio had not been cleaned at all. There was a substance in one of the drawers in the freezer, and after staying in many rental properties similar, there was very few detailed instructions about the home, trash days, recycling options, how to work the televisions, where were more supplies, area attractions, store locations.

Our team strives to keep all areas clean, but we understand that outdoor spaces, especially the screened-in patio, can be affected by the elements. Being in the desert, dust can accumulate quickly, even after regular cleanings. We’ll continue to monitor and maintain it as best as possible for our guests. Regarding home instructions, we do have signage in place and provide details for things like trash days and TV operation, but we’ll take your comments into consideration to make these even clearer. Had we known about these concerns during your stay, we would have been happy to address them right away. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!
