Straight out of the 70s! But awesome location and pool

The condo was straight out of the 70s, but the space was perfect and the location can’t be beat. The Vacasa team was quick to respond to questions. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a space to park so close to downtown.

This was our second year to stay in #210 . It has worked well for our fishing trip and hope to be back next year. The only real issue was the plugged sink in the upstairs bathroom. Needs to be checked out! Other than that, l like the unit!

Smelled like cat urine

We have stayed at different condos in this well located property for years but this condo smelled strongly of cat urine and had air purifiers/swamp coolers going with sliding glass doors open when we got there. It took 3 days wirk and candles to get the smell out. The kitchen was unimproved with drawers that were hard to use. The beds were hard and sleep was difficult. On top of that our second floor bathroom had a flood so our water was turned off one day. Also, Vacasa did not inform me of the boat slip number so I had to hunt down the property manager (whom was excellent.) He is doing a great job making the complex look good. Just wish I didn’t need him.

Family Getaway

This unit is in an awesome location, the pools and grounds are spectacular. The unit itself has a cabin type feel, and it does have three swamp coolers to help keep it cool. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, appliances, and spices. There were pool noodles that we could use at the pool as well. It does have a boat slip, however there was someone using it, so we couldn't park our boat there. That being said, the cleanliness of the unit was extremely poor. Thankfully there was a vacuum, cleaning supplies, and a mop, which we used. Some of the furniture is broken, and the unit needs a refresh. We couldn't call the local property manager, as there was no information of any kind in the unit. This unit could be really nice, if there was a bit more effort put into it.

Centrally Located Gem

Location was perfect, you can walk to downtown Sandpoint if want. The view was nice overlooking the pool and partial lake view. Townhouse is compact and could use some updates but clean and had enough room for our family of 4.
