In the center of Green Provence in the Verdon regional park, the village of Régusse is only 15 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon (Haut Var) and 45 minutes from the first Mediterranean coasts; this charming holiday home is atypical, very warm and family friendly!

It can accommodate up to 12 people (8 adults max)
It includes a living room with wood stove, living and dining room, a Provencal kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room on the ground floor and a nice veranda.
Upstairs, it is fitted out with a mezzanine with wooden parquet floors including two bunk beds and a 120 cm wide bed. This mezzanine gives access to a 3rd bedroom with bathroom and its balneo bath and a veranda with a living room which gives a view on the garden, the swimming pool and also on the stars in the evening, just great!
Near the house, a bedroom with a loft bed for 2 people and two single beds, a bathroom and a toilet.
The exterior is completely fenced and closed by an electric gate. It is made up of a 2500 m² garden planted with lavender and thyme, green and white oaks and olive trees, with shelter for cars and motorhomes, a children's play area (swing, hut), three terraces, one of which is under a gazebo and a beautiful swimming pool with beach for sunbathing and solar outdoor shower. The house is not on the roadside.

The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility and no smoking inside
Some baby equipment is available (bed, bath, high chair)
