About this property
Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Ariegeoises mountains.
Located in the Residence Le Grand Hotel, ground floor apartment facing south, facing the spa. A surface of 50m ² illuminated by three windows doors with balconies, with a kitchen area (plate 4 fires, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, oven), a lounge area (TV, radio) and a night area (bunk bed 140x200 and 90x200) separated by large curtains, a bedroom (bed 140x190) large closet and a bathroom (sink, bath and toilet).
Free parking, laundry, dryer, sauna, gym, garden. Ski at the station of Guzet 6km by the pass of latrape or 11km,
snowshoeing and many hiking (waterfall Ars) accrobranche, relaxation at the spa.
The village has a grocery store, butcher, restaurant, bar summer.
Price cure on request.
CAUTIONS:
on arrival 2 deposit checks will be requested (not cashed).
1 deposit lodging returned when no deterioration was found
1 cleaning deposit: 35 € refunded if the accommodation is made clean
the deposit checks will be returned by hand after the inventory on the day of departure
Prices are inclusive of all taxes except:
the tourist tax 0,50 € / adult / day
And come enjoy rest, sports activities and relaxation at the spa.

Lejos del mundanal ruido (como la película)
Es un alojamiento enmarcado en medio de la frondosidad.
El hotel es acogedor, sin ruidos. Ofrece una sala muy agradable al estilo Central Perk (friends) donde es posible encontrarse con otros amigos alojados en el Hotel para una tertulia. Es también sala de lectura.
Al ser un hotel apartamento ofrece todas las comodidades.
Todo limpisimo. Muy bien equipado a nivel de menaje (kettel, cafeteras, secador, vitrocerámica, microondas, vajilla).
La Sra. Mónica, la persona que nos atendió en el check-in y check-out es una joven encantadora, así como una amiga suya que nos ayudó, la Sra. Sofía.
Los apartamentos son espaciosos, de techos altos, grandes ventanales, con unas vistas preciosas de árboles, río, montañas. La decoración del apartamento es con colores muy acertados, todo con buen gusto. Dan ganas de quedarte a vivir allí.
