Propriétaire très sérieuse et agréable. Le logement est très agréable , très bien équipé et bien situé. La voisine est d'une servitude exemplaires, un gros merci.

Vila Nova de Gaia

Redelijk appartement wanneer je Porto wilt verkennen en het als slaapplek gebruikt. Alle apparatuur aanwezig, hoewel niet alles werkt. Communicatie met eigenaresse over locatie, sleuteloverdracht en info is voor verbetering vatbaar. De advertentie op Home Away wekt de indruk dat het appartement in de stad Porto ligt. Dat is niet het geval. Het ligt in het district Porto in een andere stad tegenover Porto. Omdat er in Porto zelf ook een straat met die naam bestond, stonden wij aanvankelijk op een totaal verkeerd adres. Daar sta je dan in een wildvreemde stad en waar moet je dan heen? Eigenaresse (in Frankrijk) gebeld maar die nam niet op. Ander verkregen nummer bleek niet te bestaan. Op het laatste telefoonnummer dat wij hadden gekregen werd alleen Portugees gesproken. Gelukkig kon die persoon ons wel een nummer geven van een buurappartement. Daar werd opgenomen en kregen wij van die bewoner gelukkig via whatsapp de juiste locatie door. Die was dus niet in Porto. Gelukkig had die vriendelijke buurman wel een sleutel. Dat was echter vooraf niet gemeld. Pfff, wat een opluchting. De eigenaresse had ons vooraf gemeld dat tegenover het appartement een bushalte was waar de bus naar het centrum van Porto stopte. Die bushalte bleek er wel te zijn, maar de bussen die daar stopten gingen niet naar het centrum van Porto. Voor de juiste buslijn moesten wij 20 minuten lopen. De eigenaresse had verder gemeld dat je de auto voor het appartement kon parkeren. Overdag bleken er enkele sporadische vrije plekken te zijn, maar tegen de avond was er in de wijde omgeving geen parkeerplek te vinden. Wij vonden er bij toeval nog eentje op ruim tien minuten lopen van het appartement. Niet echt fijn, temeer omdat het appartement in een weinig opwekkend buurtje ligt met alleen kale betonnen flats, waar je je in het donker niet echt helemaal op je gemak voelt. Samenvattend: Redelijk appartement voor een paar dagen Porto, vriendelijke buurman (beheerder samen met zijn moeder), maar voor ons echt eenmalig.

Un appartement superbe du quel on peut apercevoir la mer !

L'appartement est volumineux sympathique et convivial. Une grande cuisine avec deux grandes chambres une salle de bain avec baignoire et un salon avec un canapé et télévision. Nous avons eu un superbe Accueil de la voisine Lima avec qui nous avons créé des liens très forts. Durant notre séjour elle est devenue notre tatie de Porto. Un grand merci à vous.

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est très bien équipé, mobilier neuf, très propre et très bien situé pour visiter Porto et les alentours. Calme et proche des commerces. Nous avons été très bien reçue. La personne qui nous a reçu est très gentille et très disponible, encore merci. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Espacioso, limpio y confortable

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia. La persona que nos atendió muy, muy amable. El apartamento se encuentra limpio, es espacioso y muy cómodo. El mobiliario es nuevo y hay mucho espacio (armarios, cajones) para colocar y guardar ropa y demás cosas. En general, las estancias, entrada, habitaciones, salón, cocina son amplias. Tiene todos los aparatos necesarios y bastante nuevos (lavadora, lavavajillas, secadora) , ropa de cama, toallas, accesorios y utensilios de cocina. Y Wifi gratis. No echamos nada en falta. Quizás pensaba que estaría más próximo a la playa en cuanto a distancia, pero se encuentra bien comunicado, cerca de los accesos a Oporto y Gaia. Es zona residencial, tranquila, y no tuvimos problema en aparcar el coche
