Great place. Clean, great location. We used the hot tub which is large enough for 4 people. Kitchen has great extras - coffee, tea and packages of olive oil, salt and pepper. Lots of towels, packets of shampoo, conditioner… overall wonderful experience
House was perfectly sized for 4 adults, hot tub was great after a day or two of walking around. Location close to town. We saw a lot of turkeys and deer walking through our yard and neighborhood.
This is our second year and we love your cabin! The location is perfect, a quiet lane and short walk to town. Well-appointed and the hot tub is a blessing.
Very accommodating- even when our plans changed at the last minute. Quiet area, easy access to town and Ricky Mtn National Park. Also close to great local businesses- Scratch Bakery & Deli was awesome food, and our daughter had. Blast feeding the ducks at On The Rocks.
House comfortable & well appointed, Especially enjoyed the hot tub after hiking. Excellent location to access park & local restaurants. Elk bugling nearby a bonus! Would definitely return!
Loved this property. Clean and comfortable. Best of all a herd of elk came through one morning.

Very clean!
Very spacious and clean! We enjoyed the hot tub. It was very quiet around the cabin and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets and blankets were nice and soft. We would definitely rent again!
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice neighbors near by. Our favorite part of the stay was the deer and elk viewing right outside of our doors. The only negative thing was it was right next to a busy road, so traffic noise was a little annoying when windows were open. We would stay their again and would recommend to others.
Lovely updated mountain cabin. Excellent location. Close to town and easy access to RMNP. Bathtub needs a safety mat - too slippery. Mattresses very soft. Overall, a very good experience.
This cabin has three separate bedrooms. One bedroom has shower and bathroom attached. There is aan additional full bath in hall. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room with fire burnig fireplace , it was easy to communicate with owners and lots of elk stopped by,
The Monte Verde cabin was very cozy. It was clean and well-maintained, and stayed warm at night. The hot tub is large and newer than the one in the photos, and it's now partially surrounded by a trellis for more privacy. The neighborhood seemed residential, while others in the area are nothing but short-term rentals, so it was calm and quiet. Several stores and restaurants are within half a mile.
Completely updated old cabin is quiet but quite near everything you might need in Estes Park. Great kitchen, bathrooms, bedding. We did not get around to using the outdoor hot tub or grill because we were so busy exploring. Expect to be back.
Be aware that the 3rd bedroom only has access through the 2nd bedroom which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others.
All of us were very happy with our stay. Everything we needed was available. (Most of us flew to Colorado from the East Coast.) We loved that the primary bedroom was separate from the the other two bedrooms, and that it had an exit to the wonderful patio and hot tub. In the yard we saw mule deer, elk, hummingbirds, a prairie dog, magpies, and even swallows made their nest in the eaves of the house. Wonderful!
Beautiful cabin and well maintained! Loved the hottub and TV. It really helped us relax during the night and made it an even better experience. The host was very quick to respond and helped out any time I needed it. Definitely recommend this host and cabin! Hopefully will be back in the same spot again!
Only small thing was the neighbor on the backside of the property. She ran and scared off the Elk that was eating dandelions which was very petty.

Charming is Right!
This house is pretty darn adorable - and so close to Rocky Mountain National Park! While you’re in a neighborhood, you feel like you’re away from it all under the clear skies soaking in the hot tub. The kitchen was quaint and updated and had all the basic cooking needs! Clean, with a comfy, woodsy feel. One thing to note is that 2 of the bedrooms connect, so that’s probably best suited for kids. The space was perfect for my group of four, but might be a little tight with any more than that. But you should mostly be in the mountains, anyway. Would for sure stay here again.
Great cabin for a family right next to Rocky Mountain National Park
My family, of 6, really enjoyed our time at this cabin. With three bedrooms we had more than enough space for everyone. The staff was friendly, helpful and they even allow you to borrow DVDs and games from them at the office at no extra charge. This cabin had a grill and full kitchen with dishes and utensils and a small grocery store down the street so cooking "at home" was easy. After a full day of hiking it was nice to come back to the hot tub and relax. The cabin is just a mile away from the park so its a very convenient location. We were lucky enough to come back in the middle of the day and see elk roaming around it which was very awe inspiring. If I'm ever back in the area I'd be more than happy to stay in this cabin again.
What a wonderful location to relax with family, watch deer and wild turkeys hang out and cook a great meal. This property has it all! It was ultra clean, the sheets and beds were so comfy, fireplace and hot tub well maintained and kitchen well-stocked. We brought an extra air mattress since we were 8 adults staying there and keep in mind that two bedrooms are connected. Not a problem for us. Dogs are welcome! Snowshoes are available at no cost! What could be better. Really appreciate the thoughtful care of management.
We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room fir 4 adults and 2 small children. Hot tub was fantastic and location was close to area activities. We cooked all meals and found the kitchen to have everything we needed with the exception of enough eating utensils. Bring your own oil and spices. Stand back when starting the grill.... The grill starter does not work and when we lit it manually using the provided lighter, a small fire ball was created. Luckily no one was injured... Overall a comfortable stay.
