Our house is a Provencal farmhouse located in Mouriès in the famous golden triangle of the Alpilles.
The farmhouse is 190 m2 with 3 bedrooms of more than 20 m 2 each (including a master suite) and two bathrooms.
The kitchen is modern and opens onto the dining room with a large table for convivial meals.
The living room has a library, new sofa and a flat screen TV. It overlooks a large terrace sheltered by a trellis. Wireless .
The dining room also opens onto a terrace.
The master suite opens onto a small terrace lulled by the soft sound of an ancient fountain.
The exteriors:
We have a garage, a swimming pool of 11 m by 5 with a beautiful teak terrace: the swimming pool is composed of a play area for children of 1 m deep and a relaxation area with a large beach. The pool house of 50 m 2 can receive your summer meals with a summer kitchen, a toilet and a changing room. The deckchairs and the barbecue are at your disposal (a square of aromatic herbs will enhance your dishes!).
You will have at your disposal a bowling alley to play bowls with friends!
The property faces the countryside in a very quiet area 6 mins walk from the village center.
