Escape to peace and quiet

**Please be assured that we take your vacation seriously and have taken all precautions and necessary measures with our cleaning staff to keep our home clean and disinfected**

Come and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the east side of Seneca Lake. This 4-bedroom, 2 full bath modern lakefront home on a wooded lot at the end of a private road is sure to relax you. This house offers comfort and amenities to be desired; wraparound deck, fireplace, 2 living/family room areas each with a new large HD smart tv, hi speed secure internet and new mattresses in every bedroom. Enjoy breathtaking lake views from almost every room in the house or sit outside on the deck overlooking the water where you can grill and eat. You may even catch a glimpse of one of the several bald eagles that frequent the property.

The main level has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed facing the lake and the other with a queen and twin. The lower level has two additional bedrooms that both face the lake, one with a king size bed and sleeper sofa and the other with a queen bed and twin sized sleeper sofa. Each level also has a full bathroom. All towels and linens are provided and there is also a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom but you may just want to open the windows and enjoy the breeze coming off the lake.

Take a short walk to the water where you can enjoy almost 200' of frontage on Seneca Lake with a permanent 100+ foot plus dock that’s perfect for lounging, swimming or fishing. The water depth increases gradually and is shallow enough to walk into. There is also a canoe to use at your leisure or bring your boat and tie it to our dock. (Must be launched from nearby state park)

We are within 2 miles of Three Brothers, Zugibee and Ventosa Wineries as well as War Horse Brewing and Bottomless Brewing.
A quick 12 minute drive will take you to the center of Geneva where you can enjoy wonderful restaurants and entertainment or a twenty minute drive to enjoy shopping at the Waterloo Premium Outlets.

Great stay at lake Seneca

We had a wunderful time at this place. The location so close to the lake is amazing. We enjoyed doing yoga at the pier, playing games, preparing meals together and sitting on the terrace. It was so relaxing! What is really great - the kitchen is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything.

The kitchen was stocked very well. All the appliances you would ever need. Plenty of dishes and utensils for multiple sittings. Beautiful view of lake from main living/dining area as well as lakefront bedrooms. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Property situated at end of lake road making it very private. this is a great place--three bedrooms have lake views, and the deck also looks out on the lake. Good air conditioning and a good setup for dining indoors and out on the deck. Swimming is excellent. It's close to Ventosa vineyards which offers lunches Thursday-Sunday and sunset wine tasting with live music two nights a week.

Graduation weekend

This is the 3rd time we've stayed in this amazing house. The house is an absolute delight and the location is maybe the best spot on all of Seneca Lake. Incredible sunsets! The house is immaculate and the kitchen is superbly outfitted. We would highly recommend this property.

Property was perfect for a small get together with 6 friends. Close to local breweries, wineries and grocery stores. Also felt very private. Our favorite was sitting on the dock for sunset! It was a perfect view!

We enjoyed this property. The description and photos were accurate. A beautiful view of the lake. So relaxing! My only suggestion would be to dedicate a cupboard for food. We arrived with 6 bags of groceries and had no where to put them. Overall a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful Lakefront Weekend!

We visited for a long weekend with family and friends and for a triathlon happening in Geneva. The location is super convenient, the lake views and sunsets were incredible. The house was a perfect setup for everyone to have enough space, and to have great spots to relax and visit together. Highly recommend for a Finger Lakes visit!
