This was our second year renting from Ron and Susan, and just as enjoyable as the first. The location is quiet and convenient, the house offers great space to accommodate more than one couple, and the common area with pool, palms, and fruit trees is a big plus. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Wonderful property! Peaceful and relaxing weekend! Great patio for BBQ and oitdoor dining! My family had a wonderful time including our family dog! AC just right, ceiling fans were great. Kitchen and dining room nicely suited out family allowing for room to visit and be together.

Our Third Stay

This is the third year we've rented from Ron and Susan. We keep coming back because the house is very comfortable, with enough space to provide privacy even for a larger group. The neighborhood is quiet, landscaping is attractive, and it's easy to get to I10 or 111. Especially enjoyed the fire pit. A few minor glitches with check-in this time, but quickly remedied.

The property is very nice and clean. The layout is great, very good for family or friends traveling. There is a nice lawn and pool in the back of the house. Very quite and AC worked great in hot days! The owner is very friendly and helpful, answered all questions of mine quickly and allowed us to check in early. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s visiting the area!

Peaceful quiet time travel

Very quiet, back in time, peaceful place, with mountain views, relaxing salt water pool, abundant sun and sky, fruit trees, chirping birds, and park like setting. Home well laid out, modern amenity filled, nicely stocked, so comfortable, easy access to 111 and 10 for zipping further out and about. You’ll definitely dig it.

This was a great spot for a family with teens. Even though the hole is not particularly large, the floor plan is terrific. Primary room on one side of the house and two other bedrooms on the other side. The house was really well stocked and the owners were super responsive.

This is a spacious, comfortable, well-equipped home with stylish decor. Kitchen equipment sized for a crowd, some staples and condiments available for guests. Master bedroom at opposite end of home from other bedrooms for privacy. Within walking distance of the tennis garden and the Thursday farmers market. Owners responded promptly to messages. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved it

We enjoyed staying at this house- it has been recently updated - new patio area which was great. We like Having access to a community area that includes a pool (unheated) that’s not attached but close which is best for kids , and the grass areas, sidewalks, grapefruit trees, VB grass court and horseshoes! They also supply a corn hole game and a few rafts. 😀
