Little Jewel in the Desert - minimum two nights stay required

This home started out as a model home but has been upgraded to something much better. Everything associated with a starter level home has been upgraded with something better or improved to a standard most anyone could be comfortable with. It has two primary sleeping rooms and a movie room. It has two parking spaces, one in driveway and one in the street. My truck stays in the garage. The movie room has a sofa sleeper so the third bedroom could bring the sleeping potential to six (6). Four adults with two children would work well. The movie room has a full size bed not a queen so it would be small for two adults.

Perfect Rental

We were in El Paso for a family reunion and picked the perfect rental for our family. Great house in a quiet neighborhood. The owner of the property had great communication. Would recommend renting this house!

Lovely and clean house

We loved this house. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and we enjoyed having so much room to move around in. Much better than a hotel room. It was neat and clean. Having a washer and dryer to use was very convenient. Thanks to permission from the property owner, we were able to have a small family gathering after the burial of our brother/brother-in-law at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. I would highly recommend this property!

A Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed the house and provisions for cooking like pots and pans, a crockpot, cutting board, knives, etc. There were plenty of utensils, glasses, mugs, and dishes. The king-sized bed was super comfortable. Bath towels were super large.

Great Stay!

This was a great place to stay. One of the prettiest yards in El Paso. Place was very nice and clean. Lots of choices for making coffee :-) It was a great hang out for my husband and I to visit our daughter and family who live in El Paso.

Great location near major roadway

Great location, quiet area and the house was overall pretty clean except for a stale smell but that was quickly resolved. Property owner provided access code and information for the property shortly after confirmation. I will recommend that other renters be mindful of the 10 am checkout. The cleaning lady was already ringing the doorbell at 9:50-ish while I was folding the used laundry on my way out (ended up leaving the property at 10:10 without any issue but just be aware that the team is very punctual.

True gem!

We drove 12 hours and accessing the property was easy thanks to the owner. The place was clean and felt welcoming and comfortable. It was close to everything that I had needed while we were there. The bed was comfortable. Had trouble figuring out the lights and fan at first but we figured it out quick. The owner was very communicative and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We are moving to EP but if we were to vacation again before then we would definitely enjoy and would love staying there.

I used to live here when I worked for the Government a few years back. I liked the little property so much I never could part with it.

What makes this property unique

The backyard is very secluded no with the high walls all around. Very private and secure. Bring you dog and let him/her use the doggie door.

The hot water supply never ends. The humidifier is there in case you need it too.
