Large bright house of 250 m² (3 levels) sea view located on a large plot of 2500 m². You will be able to benefit from a big sunny terrace, a living room and a dining room from where you will have only horizon the dunes and the ocean. The environment is very peaceful and relaxing! The sunset over the dunes and the ocean is sublime, the terrace can appreciate every moment.
The house, whose maximum capacity is 16 people, is ideal for groups of friends, family reunions, families with children ...
As for the beach of Sainte Barbe (5 min by car), top place for surfing, kite surfing and windsurfing, it is ideal for water sports, swimming and beach games.
500 m away is the lovely village of Sainte Barbe
The village of Plouharnel and its shops are located 2 kms.

Great Location for surfing beaches

Good sized property that well suited our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. Very comfortable beds giving us good night's sleep. Would have been perfect if the garden was more suitable for playing games.

Un weekend de rêve

Ce weekend était parfait ! La maison a tenu toutes ses promesses et plus encore. Très confortable, bien équipée, propre, c'est le logement idéal pour quelques jours entre amis ou en famille. La vue mer ajoute bien sûr au charme et le spot est parfait pour le surf. Echanges très sympas avec les propriétaires, qui nous ont mis à disposition plusieurs bouteilles de cidres et de jus de pomme de leur production (merci !!) Bref, une adresse à conserver précieusement.

grande maison, une attitude de la propriétaire inacceptable

Personne n'était présent à l' arrivée. Il y avait entre autres un problème au niveau de l' évacuation des déchets septiques. Seulement après 2 jours, ils étaient joignables et ont résolu ce problème. Un autre problème avec un des plaques de cuisine était connu mais pas mentionné à l'avance; un problème avec une chaudière dans 1 salle de bain qui pouvait être résolu avec notre intervention. La propriétaire n' appréciait pas du tout nos commentaires. A la fin de notre séjour il y avait une pluie battante tout le samedi matin. A cause de ça, c' était difficile de charger les voitures. En tout cas les chambres étaient déliberées à temps et le nettoyage pouvait commencer. Elle n' avait pas commencé le nettoyage et a commencé à nous engueller. Dix jours plus tard nous avons reçu un message d' Abritel, indiquant que 90 euro seraient débités de notre carte en compensation de l' attente. En général en dehors du comportement de la propriétaire nous voudrions signaler que la terrasse, ni le réfrigérateur ni la cuisine en général est équipé pour quinze personnes. En plus le grand jardin est très peu utilisable (pas de terrasse, peu égalisé, des orties ....) Pour le loyer que nous payons nous souhaitons seulement une maison de vacances en ordre et qu'on peut discuté tout problème de personne à personne sans être grondé et que les commentaires donnés sont considérés comme des conseils.

Nous avons apprécié ce logement clair, propre et confortable où chacun a pu profiter d'un espace personnel. Environnement très calme avec la mer en fond. Belles promenades vers la plage et dans les environs. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.
