This rental is located between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons; home to Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird, and Alta, four of the best ski resorts in the world. This home can have you on the slopes in minutes! Settle into the large living room complete with a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and plenty of seating. You'll feel right at home surrounded by the tasteful furnishings, especially with the second, fully-furnished living area in the basement providing ample space for entertaining. The large deck with private hot tub is a great place to relax after a day on the slopes or exploring the trails.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Enjoy all that Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons offer in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Forest. In summer, enjoy the new mountain coaster at Snowbird Summer Resort, as well as endless hiking trails and world-class mountain biking. The bus stop that will take you to either resort, is located just outside the condo complex entrance, so you can leave the car in the garage. This rental is also just five minutes from the freeway, so you can be in Park City and Deer Valley in about 30 minutes. If you decide to go into downtown Salt Lake City to check out the shopping and other cultural attractions, you're only about 19 miles from the heart of the city.

Cottonwood Heights City strictly enforces a prohibition on hot tub use between 10pm and 8am.
Complex quiet hours are 10pm to 8am everyday.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was great with this property and the management running it. We found the Place super clean and before getting there I received plenty details information how to get there and enter. The Home is located conveniently to access both Alta and solitude Valleys. I highly recommend this place and more than likely we will be staying there again

March ski vaca!

Great location for quick access into the cottonwood canyons. Lots of space for a larger group. Kitchen was well equipped. Super nice having a hot tub as well.

Great stay - super close to ski mountains

This place was perfect for a guys’ ski trip. The location is great for skiing - just a 20-30 min drive from the house to Alta ski area. Plenty of space and beds - the rooms are larger than they appear in the pictures. Clean place with good amenities- would definitely stay here again!

We had a large group and booked two of the properties in this complex. They were very clean and worked out well accommodating our group. With no traffic it’s a 15-20 minutes drive to snowbird/alta.

This place has it all!

I have to say this condo was so nice. It was very clean. We had everything we needed to sustain a 7 person family for 5 days. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking essentials, crock pot, coffee maker with coffee and filters, spices to cook with, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, fans for every room. The best was the Aveda shampoo and conditioner (Rosemary Mint, my favorite) and Aveda bar soap in all of the bathrooms!.. such a nice touch. We plan to book this same place again next year. It was truly a home away from home.

Great property - poor management company

Property was as expected. Very nice. Great location for our ski trip. My reason for the poor rating was the communications through the management company. I’d recommend staying at this location if the owner changed management companies.

Spacious, great customer service

The place is cozy, spacious and clean. The community is nice and quiet, which is what we needed for a good night sleep. Kitchen is well stocked. I will recommend bringing some napkins and tissues. The house has a smaller garage and shorter drive way, but the community has a overflow parking. Vacasa's customer service responded promptly and took care of things right away.

Plenty of room for a family vacation!

This was a great condo in a rather tight community but there was plenty of space indoors. We love the space, the convenience, the garage for snowy days. It was clean, comfortable and had what we needed. We loved the hot tub after skiing and used it daily. It was slightly pricey and could have used some info on the place printed inside (when trash pick up was, how the hot tub worked, etc). Additionally the heat upstairs when the bedroom doors were closed was iffy at best, no batteries in the tv remotes, and no ice trays - minor things though!

Great house that would be perfect with a few tweaks

This space was wonderful in almost every way and it served our group incredibly well in almost all ways. A few suggestions: 1) The block of knives was so laughably awful that butter knives and children's scissors would have cut better. It would also have been great to have a garlic press (inexpensive and a kitchen staple) and a set of smaller bowls for condiments, ice cream, sauces, etc. 2) We were prevented from using the hot tub for a day or two because of overgrowth of the trees overhead so regular maintenance would be a good idea. 3) we had trouble with the oven and were told it would take a week for a component to come in that was necessary for a repair. It would have been great to be offered a little money back for this inconvenience. But on the whole, it was a very clean, comfortable and pleasant space that we would return to and recommend.

Close to canyon skiing!

Easy drive to either canyon! Close to a ski outfitter where you can get reduced ski tickets to canyon skiing.
