Accueil stressant. Lourdeur administrative à l'arrivée.

Attention au contrat restrictif au niveau des consommations d'eau et d'électricité que la propriétaire demande de signer avant la remise des clés (aucune mention dans l'annonce d'Abritel) . Nous louons depuis plus de 30 ans et nous n'avons jamais vu ça ! Etat des lieux très contraignant . Après 7 heures de route, méfiants suite au discours de la propriétaire, nous avons passé 2 heures à vérifier un inventaire de 4 pages recto-verso aléatoire (jusqu'au nombre de pinces à linge et de lingettes consigné). Même notre heure de départ jugée trop matinale nous a été reprochée. Bref 1er jour gâché. Appartement semi enterré ce qui le rend sombre par temps nuageux. Si vous entrez par la terrasse, attention à la tête pour les + 1,60m. Dommage pour l'accueil, l'appartement est plutôt bien équipé et bien situé pour 1 semaine à 2 personnes.
