Bright and BeautifulBeach House

Come enjoy the beach in this newly furnished beach house. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 bath in a raised Cape which includes 5 queen beds, large living room, washer/dryer, kitchen -fully stocked & new appliances, and high speed WIFI. New upgrades in 2021-22. . The outside includes a large deck and yard, patio set with umbrella and outdoor grill. The backyard has an outdoor shower. Kelly beach is down-the street approx. .75 of a mile away (free) or enjoy Narragansett Town beach 2 miles away.

The original listing provided an address that was NOT where we stayed. The updated address was only provided as an after thought for the original address. This ended up having great miscommunications among my family and its location.Additionally the beds list was NOT as advertised in the location we stayed at. We had planned on the sleeping arrangements per the advertised listing (e.g. two futons were listed). Also, BOTH pull out sofa's were broke and only one pull out could be used at a time. Very misleading advertising about the available beds.
