Ocean Front – And one block From Downtown Wrightsville Beach! This attractively decorated and recently renovated ocean front 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is in a great location! You’ll have the best of both worlds! Superb beach access as well as entertainment and dining right outside your door!
NO SMOKING NO PETS
The main level features a spacious deck for sunning, relaxing, or people watching on the beach. The living/dining area is attractively furnished and the open kitchen was recently renovated with new kitchen cabinets , quartz countertops and stainless appliances. One bedroom and a full bath share this level. Upstairs the master bedroom with bath opens to a private ocean front deck. Wake up to amazing sunrise views!
A guest bedroom and bath complete this level. The ground level features a game room with ping pong table and a bunk set for additional sleeping – a great place for teenagers! This game room off the garage provides a window AC unit, . Your whole family will be delighted with this fabulous vacation spot!

Enclosed exterior hot/cold shower. Includes 3 parking spaces; 1 car garage. Linens are NOT provided. Occupancy: 10. NO SMOKING NO PETS
LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED
Weekly rentals only ( Saturday to Saturday ) in the months of June, July, and August. All other months have minimum three night stay.

Great location and great communication.

We had a great stay celebrating our daughter’s graduation from UNCW. Loved the easy access to the beach and the views. Communication with our host was promptly returned. Will stay here again!

Great location for family vacation

We enjoyed our time at the beach for Spring Break with our toddler and friends. Ken was communicative about our arrival and the process could not had been easier. Super walkable to family friendly spots. We did have issues with the internet and TV and outdoor shower but didn’t dampen the fun!

On the Beach, Steps from Town

After a hiccup with communications (host had us down for the wrong days and had not sent us check in info), our host made sure we had everything we needed. The property couldn't have been in a better location. we walked a few steps to the beach and a few steps to restaurants and shops.

Great selection!

We had a great stay. The location could not have been better, easiest walk to the shops and restaurants and the sand was even closer. Very roomy and spacious inside, plenty of room and seating in the main living area for us all to comfortably hang out. The owner was great and always easily reachable. We forgot a kitchen sponge to wash dishes, so that was the only item we ran out to get. House was great and would definitely stay again.

Very nice townhome. I would recommend it. I left a note to owners about needs for repairs, furnishings and kitchen items after this season of things and replacements needed. Otherwise, very good and I will return.

We had a wonderful time in the house! Its location is unbeatable and Ken made the entire process smooth and simple for our group. We particularly enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement and the porch views :)

Week on Wrightsville Beach

I rated this rental an Ok mostly because of the proximity to the beach. It's right on the beach. This home needs some work. The kitchen was redone and that's the best part of the home. The lower garage bedroom level smells really musty and I can't imagine having anyone sleep in that room even if you put the A/C on. The sliders on both the first and second floors need to be replaced. You can't see out the second floor slider glass since its seal is gone plus the lock doesn't work. The first floor blinds don't work and the screen is very difficult to use, is ripped on top and bottom making it not worth dealing with. We were locked out of the home for over an hour in the heat because the automated door lock malfunctioned and it took a while to get through to the owner.

Amazing House and Perfect Location!

The home is amazing and the view cannot be beaten. The house has all the amenities needed for a stay. Everything in Wrightsville Beach is walking distance from the house. Ken was a wonderful host--very responsive and went out of the way to be extra accommodating for our group. Highly recommend a stay here!

Family Getaway

We spent a long weekend with our family. The close proximity to the beach, restaurants and other options was perfect for our group. Although it was still a little chilly, we took advantage of the beach which is easily accessible outside the doorstep and an incredible view from the deck to watch the sunrise. The beach chairs they provide were very handy for our day on the beach. Ken was great and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It could use a deep clean but all in all it’s an amazing place to enjoy the beach and all Wrightsville has to offer. We’d definitely stay again.

Wrightsville Beach

Our family gathering at Wrightsville beach at this home was amazing. We would enjoy watching the sunrise together drinking coffee. The dolphins that go by daily was also amazing. Our grandchildren loved the closeness to the beach. We were able to get items we needed on the beach and be back to rest in just a few steps. It was a very memorable happy time for our whole family.
