Located at the corner of W. Salisbury Street and N. Lumina, it doesn’t get any more convenient than this. Located on the same block as Johnny Mercer’s famous fishing pier, you will enjoy your days in the waves and top off the evenings with spectacular sunset views from our balcony. All dolled up and ready for your visit, this 538 square foot, bright and sunny space has everything you need to experience Wrightsville in style. Professionally designed and expertly executed, this property will not disappoint. The location is exceptional. You can enjoy views of the ocean, while being within walking distance to bars, restaurants, kayak and stand up paddleboard rentals, Johnny, Mercers Fishing Pier, and all that our beloved Wrightsville Beach has to offer.

We provide a kid friendly space that includes a queen bed in the master, twin bunks (with memory foam mattresses and brand new, all organic cotton bedding). Plenty of books and board games will keep your older kids busy after their adventures on the beach. The living room and bedroom includes a wall mounted ROKU tv. Just bring your login info and you can watch any of the apps offered!

Grocery delivery services are available in Wrightsville Beach. Concierge services are also available upon request. If you're here for a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, wedding celebration, etc...) and would like to arrange a special delivery (flowers, gift basket, or other surprises) to enhance your stay, let us know. We work with a local concierge service who can provide these services for an additional fee. We can create a truly unforgettable experience for you and your family!

Adorable and clean!

Very cute property. Just what we needed. Nice amenities like 2 beach chairs, beach towels, linens. Comfy beds. Quiet property. Loved deck looking at ocean. Quick walk to beach. Perfect proximity to town. Loved walking the loop. Door codes were a plus instead of keys. Would return.

Beautiful condo

Very comfortable, decorated nicely, included almost everything we needed for three night stay. Great location in the first beach block, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Easy check-in, and great communication. Would stay again.

First Wrightsville Beach Visit

This was our first foray into VRBO and Wrightsville Beach, so we had no idea what to expect. We had one of our best vacations. The condo was perfect! It may be small, but it's exactly what we need as a family of three and would be comfortable for four. The place was super clean and comfortable. The proximity to the pier was excellent for some AM and PM fishing without having to find parking. It's also not too far of a walk to the Surf Shop, Wings, and Ice Cream Parlors (and a few bars too, if that's your interest - there is also a bar next door, but it was not loud). It was a short drive to the causeway to catch the fishing boats and not too far from downtown Wilmington's Riverwalk and the NC Battleship. The check-in/out was easier than I have ever experienced. LOVED having a security code - so we did not have to worry about losing a key :-).

Nicey but pricey (taken to the cleaners)

Nice view from the balcony. Clean and cozy. Short walk to the beach and a place to hose the sand off when you come back. Also, they provide beach gear. Two parking spaces. Had my kids park there early (after check out time) so they could get some beach time in before check in and found out that was a no-no. Thankfully Erin contacted me before calling the towing service so thumbs up for that. Bathroom could use a fan. Bunk beds are right next to the bathroom. Did kill one cockroach, but hey, I know it’s a battle. A bit of a walk to a restaurant other than the bar close by. Number one complaint is the cleaning fee. The rate is reasonable. But add the service fee and especially the cleaning fee and you could have stayed at one of the resorts for less. The cost of a nights stay at an Hampton Inn (most places) and you’re still expected to empty the trash, strip the beds and wash the dishes. I leave $5 or $10 bucks in a hotel room and housekeeping takes care of all of this for me. And I don’t hog up the room. I would understand if this was a deposit and you got your money back (or at least part of it) if you didn’t leave the place a mess. But that much and you left it about as clean as you found it? We even did our best to sweep up whatever sand we brought in. Take that away and I’m happy.

Beach Getaway

I've been coming to Wrightsville Beach most of my life, but it was my boyfriend's first time. We both loved the location, especially on busier beach days - we couldn't imagine trying our chances at public parking those days, so the designated space near Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier was a great touch. Getting in was mostly easy and the parking spot was convenient, but keep in mind that the 3 flights of stairs are built to be more like 6. In the beginning, we had a couple hiccups including not having one of the door codes and some cleanliness issues. The reasoning for not having the property cleaned to the highest standard was because we asked for an earlier check-in, but in the future I'd rather trade that in for everything being completely ready to go. But, because we had such a great time here, I've chosen to leave this rating at 5 stars. :) Things I loved: -The FAQ booked highlighted many great spots to visit for all occasions (food, spa, kid-friendly, etc.) -Even though we were next to a bar open until 2am, this specific room was on the opposite end and we rarely heard noise throughout the night -The patio! We spent most nights watching the sunset in a better spot than you could have on the beach itself. The table and chairs made it easy to enjoy a snack/beverage -Location is amazing and near all the action, but without being disruptive Thanks for a great stay!

Why they chose this property

The unit includes two free parking spaces in the bay provided. Bring your bikes and cruise Wrightsville Beach, or rent one from one of our local rental agencies. Because we are located in the heart of it all, you can walk to enjoy all of our local bars and restaurants. Only a 30 second walk to the sea, you can be out of bed and on the sand in time to enjoy your cup of coffee before it gets cold.

Located in a Summer Place condominiums, you will enjoy beautiful views and a central location to all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. The condominiums consist of both full and part-time residents so we ask that our guests respect our neighbors. Copies of HOA rules and policies are in the welcome book. We are happy to answer any of your questions before and during your visit.

Our family loves traveling and VRBO is our go to when we visit new towns so we went above and beyond to provide everything you could possibly need for a perfect trip. This kid friendly unit is located only a few steps from the ocean. We have a brand new Pack N Play, toys and books for your little ones. We feature brand new memory foam mattresses, brand new organic bedding, a wide variety of pillows for the pickiest pillow connoisseurs. We provide plenty of extra soft blankets, beach towels, bath linens, extra toiletries, laundry detergent and dish washing soaps. We also provide beach chairs that you're welcome to borrow. All you need is your bathing suit and sunscreen! Bring your bikes (you can store them under the building, at the bike racks-please bring a bike lock) and explore all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. You can enjoy the local restaurants, fishing piers, boat docks and water sports all within very close proximity to our place. Uber and Lyft operate on the island, should you want to park your car for an evening and enjoy some of the restaurants on the Intracoastal Waterway. Sorry, smoking is strictly prohibited on our property (HOA rules) and animals are not allowed.
