Efficiency Apartment located in the Heart of Wrightsville Beach. We do not supply linens and you will need to bring your own. Seaside Linen of Wilmington NC. This apartment has been completely remodeled. It is a great get away for a couple, small family, or even a few friends. This apartment has hardwood floors and all new furnishings. It is on the ground level. You can relax on the patio or walk around the side and walk just a few steps to the ocean or walk in the other direction to the downtown area. You do not have to cross any streets. It is convenient to all local restaurants, local grocery store, pizza parlor, surf shop, ice cream parlor, coffee shop and more. You can enjoy the 'walking loop' which is just a few steps away to begin the 3 mile walk around the island for exercising or just pleasure. The pier is just a short walk down the beach for fishing or fun. This apartment has all the amenities of home and the private area that make it just a quiet relaxing fun place.

Cannot beat the location! Literally 50 steps to the sand. Walk to dinner, ice cream or coffee. The apartment was all we needed. Very clean and comfortable with the picnic table right outside the door for outside seating. Will definitely be staying here again.

This little hidden gem was perfect for us. It was so cute and clean and was all we needed after a long week. Fully furnished with everything you need for a beach stay. Host was always available for any questions we had. Will definitely be coming back. A!

This Apartment met everyone one of our needs. It was VERY close to the beach with walking access. One of the big things was the off street parking spot reserved for our unit. We drove a big truck and had plenty of parking right next to the place. Owner communicated very specific and useful directions to us ahead of time. If we go back here, we will definitely try to get this unit again!

It is a cozy little place. Great for one or two people. Great price. Best of all, it is right beside the beach, so you don’t even have to drive! Great getaway!

Property is small, but clean with a parking spot (critical for the neighborhood!) and only a HALF BLOCK FROM THE BEACH AND SHOPS!! Highly recommended ... especially if you like your traveling partner!

Another fabulous stay!

We have stayed in this efficiency apartment several times. As usual, everything about it was absolutely perfect. The best part to us is the location. It's convenient--right in downtown Wrightsville Beach, but still very quiet at night. We will certainly return again.

Clean unit, well maintained yard, with a private outside space. Clearly marked parking, which is not always the case in Wrightsville Beach. Very close to beach, groceries and restaurants.

If you're looking for a quiet place for one or two, within waking distance to beach and town this us your place. No porch or view, but exactly what we needed ...just a clean comfortable room for the weekend. Perfectly convenient!

My favorite quick getaway spot

I love this little place. It’s right in the middle of everything, but with the little back patio, it feels very private. Just around the corner from bars and restaurants and the beach is just around the corner the other direction. Peaceful, has everything I need for a quick getaway. The owner is great, very easy to work with. Looking forward to my next stay!

Why they chose this property

This apartment building has been in our family for many years. It is one of the few old beach houses that remains. We have remodeled a little along still keeping the charm of the 'old' beach feeling.

What makes this property unique

This apartment has a wonderful back outdoor setting. Table and chairs with large umbrella to keep out of sun. The area has a wooden fence for privacy. You have a wonderful view of the ocean and the area. It is located on a safe and fun street. Everyone is friendly. Just a nice, quiet, relaxing place. Approximate square footage is 275.
