Oceanside Apartment in the 'Heart of the Beach' Ground Level

Oceanside apartment located on the ground level at 10 Oceanic Street. We do not supply linens you will need to bring your own or rent them from Seaside Linen of wilmington NC. You are just about 150 feet away from the 'sand between your toes'. The salt air and ocean breezes make this apartment refreshing and relaxing. You can sit on the front porch in one of the rockers and enjoy family and friends or just relax and read a book. You can drive up and park your vehicle and walk to everything. The local grocery store, restaurants, pizza, ice cream, discount store, beach rentals, surf shop, dress shops, worship services, fishing pier are all just a short walk away. You can get your exercise on the walking loop at the end of the street and walk around the Island. There is a park with swings and sliding boards, basketball goals, tennis courts for family fun within this walking loop. During the prime season, there is a life guard stand at the end of the street on the beach to make sure you and your family are safe while enjoying the water.

This apartment has been completely renovated and we hope that you will find it very enjoyable and a fun place to visit.

Perfect Location

I was in town for some family business and the property provided me the perfect getaway to relax after some tough days. My eldest daughter and I spent time walking on the beach and enjoying our return to Wrightsville Beach. The property was clean and well kept. We also enjoyed the surrounding area, including the restaurants and coffee shops. We would return!

The location is a stones throw away from beach access. It was well cleaned and the property was larger than I was expecting. It's on a road with no public parking so you're getting less foot traffic too.Overall great experience.

We enjoyed our stay

We went to Wrightsville Beach after Thanksgiving and stayed here for 2 nights. The location is excellent: short walk to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The host was super nice and accommodated us as best as he could. We surely will recommend this place to our families and friends.

Close to beach

The proximity to the beach was a real plus - able to take quick walks there to enjoy low tide in the evening and then to see the morning sky. Loved sitting on the front porch rocking chairs with our coffee and morning muffins. We're looking forward to coming back next year!

Cozy place!

This cute cozy beach house was everything promised. The parking was a little tricky; however, every other aspect was wonderful. Very convenient for access to the beach, exceptionally clean and communication with the owner was perfect.

The property is convenient to beach and Mayfair area! A warm day made easy access to beach extra nice! Well-maintained and host accessible and accommodating! If could bring small dog, I would make it a regular get-away! A great find!

We loved it!!

Such a amazing little place to stay. Close to sone restaurants and the pier. Walking distance to the beach so we didnt have to drive. Excellent communication with the owner. My kids loved it and didnt wanna leave. Will definitely stay here again on our next vacation. We had such a great time.

Great hosts that were available to answer any questions that came up! A couple of things that could’ve been a little better would be a more consistent WiFi connection and maybe ceiling fans. Not a deal breaker on either of those but kids who want to stream would not be happy. :)

Great location!

We were in town for a surprise engagement for our son, and this was such a perfect place! Located right near everything in easy walking distance. A very clean and cozy apartment with a front porch and rocking chairs. All within 100 ft or so of the beach! Clay was very attentive to any questions or needs and the place has that family feel so you feel very comfortable bringing your kids or grandkids if you wanted to. We loved our stay!

Terrible mold, smell

Great property location, but when we entered the property, there was a extreme pungent smell of mold. My husband is a certified indoor environmentalist and he knows a lot about mold and indoor problems.

You really cannot beat this location. Everything you can need (including the beach!) is within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is comfortable and the AC works great. My husband and I stayed with our 6-month old son and had no issues!
