Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Stone Crab Suite 102 is Located on the first floor, one level up from the street. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated.  As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.  
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions VIA EMAIL 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Very impressed with cleanliness of entire property, building and our unit. Especially being a 4th of July holiday weekend/week. Easy access to beach and so many local restaurants and stores. Awesome shower! Hughly recommend.
