Located on the second floor with spectacular views of the ocean and in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Great community/location

Amazing vibe in Wrightsville Beach with local coffe Shoppe ‘Sunny Days I think - nearby dining - walkable beach with surfing! Easy to get to town. Drawbridge at 4pm - probably other times too No shampoo/conditioner? Bunk beds are for kids or a small adult.

Great vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Greer place was nice it was clean and up to date it smelled very fresh when entering the place. It was very easy to access the beach. Only one hiccup parking only was for one car and we had to park on the street for the other car which cast every day. But overall it was good.

Great location

The location is great, very convenient and no need to drive if the beach is why you’re here. The condo is small but clean and nicely decorated. We were on the 2nd floor and you can hear the street noise from the bedroom and the bed was too soft and squishy for us. Also the tub/shower floor is very soft and squishy. You may want to check for water damage? Other than that, we had a nice time during our stay.
