Come and enjoy your stay in The White Mountains at our comfortable 5 bedroom townhouse. It's located in The Village of Loon Condo Resort, just across the road from Loon Mtn. With this unit sitting at the top of the development, you will take in some awesome views of the Loon Resort and surrounding mountains from the deck, both living rooms and two of the bedrooms. This three level unit sleeps twelve people comfortably. The two kitchens and three baths allow for a couple of families or a large group of friends to kick back and relax while vacationing together. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck while taking in the views of the mountain and then move inside to gather around either one of the two wood burning fireplaces.

Our great nephew and bride were married up on Loon Mountain. The condo was in a perfect location to the gondola and the reception. Our stay at the condo was perfect for our family.

Great Family Stay

We stayed here with another family. Super easy to catch the shuttle to the mountain which stops at the front door. Kids loved the indoor pool complete with basketball hoops. Condo was spacious and gave us all room to spread out. Fireplace was cozy and kitchen was incredibly well equip which made cooking in simple. Don was very responsive and gave us all the info we needed.

Lots of Space

This property has lots of space for everyone! There were 3 couples and we all had our own bedroom with Queen beds as well as our own bathrooms. The hosts were nice to worth with before, during, and after our stay. Deck space offers an extension on the living space to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Laconia Trip

The rental was just what we needed. We didn’t spend much time at the house as we were out most of the day exploring the beautiful scenery. The house had plenty of room and was very well equipped. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. There was a grocery store nearby so that made it nice. Also places to eat close by if you weren’t planning to cook. Would stay here again!

Lots of space

This rental is great for a large group as it has 4 bedrooms as well as a loft. This is our second year using Don and Colleen's rental property for a group of adults and there is plenty of space for everyone as well as enough bathrooms so that there isn't a waiting line ever! They are easy to work with and communicative as needed. We look forward to renting from them again. Thank you!

Peak Bagging Fall Foliage

Wow. We came to hike and a appreciate the fall foliage, We also wanted a convenient location in terms of accessing trailheads, restaurants, shopping etc. We were impressed with the quality of the lodging and the easy access to all we needed and wanted. Having a separate area downstairs (kitchenette, living area, rooms) was a bonus for our group of nine. We hiked the Franconia Ridge, Mt Washington and more. And on our rain day, we explored the Lost Caves and The Flume! It was a holiday well spent and all the more enjoyable because we could come “home” and relax in our clean, comfortable, well equipped condo. And, consider nine people needing showers. Plenty of hot water for all. We will definitely return and hopefully to this location.

We had fun

We had a great stay in Lincoln NH. Enjoyed the time at the town house. Spacious and quiet house with plenty of beds. Missed cooking on the grill it broke the week before and arrived on the last day we were there. We ended up using the grill by the playground and it worked well for us. The pool inside was a hit during the rainy days at the beginning of the week but the outdoor pool was great at the end of the week. We Love looking out over loon mountain from the living room. One drawback was on Thursday morning we were awoken by construction on the building At 8:00 am. They were working on the chimney two doors down so we all got up early Thursday and Friday. We ended up leaving for the Echo lake and by the time we got back they were finished. Overall the townhouse was excellent vacation spot for our family

Family vacation

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. There was plenty of room for all family members. The village was close to all things in the center of Lincoln and only about 45 minutes to an hour from Conway. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Hosts Don and Colleen answered any questions we had and were prompt in their response back to our text messages. We will definitely keep this in mind when we return.

Great get away!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious and well stocked! It was nice having a dryer to be able to dry wet bathing suits and towels. The clubhouse is perfect with indoor and out door pools. Only wish is that they were open later as they close at 7:00 and some of the older teens would have liked to swim later. Overall it was a great vacation!
