About this property

House for 10 people - sea view, beach 600m away, ideal with family or friends

Charming neo Breton house located in Etables Sur Mer between Binic and Saint Quay Portrieux.
Independent, not overlooked with an enclosed garden, sea view and terrace to the South.

Quiet, close to shops and 600 meters on foot from the Moulin beach (shore fishing, restaurants, in summer: supervised swimming, catamaran / kayak / paddle rental, etc.).

In this green setting, you can discover the wild coast that borders the coast of the bay of Saint-Brieuc.

Our house is classified 4 * furnished for tourism. It is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburban area, 2 steps from the sea and the customs path.

Sea view and the exit of the port of St Quay.

Possibility to park two cars in the basement and / or 4 in the garage descent.

We offer a swing, slide and table football for children.

Large barbecue with 2 fireplaces.

Optional option to provide linens and beds on arrival.

Cleaning fee (optional): between 80 and 110 euros (pricing for 3-4 hours of cleaning).

Sleeping for 10 people or even 11 (cage bed).
Baby equipment on site: a folding bed, high chair, chamber pot, changing mat.

Transport:
Bus stop 10 minutes on foot, aerodrome 10 minutes.
The town of St Brieuc is 15 minutes by car.
Two supermarkets at 5 minutes.
Binic less than 10 minutes and the port of St Quay Portrieux is 4-5 minutes. Beach club for children on the beach of the port of St quay.

Super week end dans cette maison au 13 rue du Tertre Cadoret.

Belle propriété, très bien située à Etables-sur-Mer, proche de toutes commodités et de la mer. Elle est très bien équipée pour un accueil de 8/10 personnes. Les lits sont confortables. De plus, la terrasse est idéale pour passer un week-end avec le soleil comme ce fût le cas pour nous.

Weekend familiale à la toussaint

Nous avions offert un weekend à nos parents, initialement en mai, et avons dû décaler à cause du covid et des différents confinements. Les propriétaires ont été très conciliants, et le séjour a tout de même été au top, bien que finalement effectué fin octobre. La maison permet d'accueillir une grand famille (nous étions 7 adultes et 3 enfants). Malgré la saison, les enfants ont tout de même pu profiter du jardin. Le quartier est très agréable et les environs sont magnifiques, avec la plage à 15min à pied et de belles ballades à faire tout autour. Toute la famille a apprécié le séjour!

Maison tout a fait conforme à l'annonce. Contact pour quelques précisions pratiques avec la propriétaire, tout a fait agréable. Pas de contact direct avec l'organisme chargé de la gestion de la location. Clés directement en boite d'accès, retour de clés en boîte aux lettres. Nous aurions aimé aussi avec l'avis du propriétaire / gestionnaire sur notre séjour. Un point à préciser : essayer des mettre des taies carrées pour des oreillers carrés.
