Our studio for 2 is individually designed to provide a home from home experience with. It comprises of self-contained kitchen and en-suite bathroom. There is a table and chairs for working and dining. The studio provides a comfortable and economical option for corporate and leisure travellers alike.
Our apartments are equipped with cable/ satellite TV, coffee/ tea making machine, trouser press, direct-dial telephone, internet access (payable to rental office directly), and many more facilities.

This is a residence which has several Studio apartments. All are furnished comfortably. We have multiple apartments. The photos represent cross section of the apartments available.
There is a 24 hour reception just like a hotel. No key collection charge keys can be collected at the reception. As we work with multiple units, we cannot feature all of the apartments.
If there is an issue with your apartment, you are welcomed to contact the reception (24 hours) to change your apartment as the residence have other same style apartment. ( if available)

The nearest tube stations to the serviced apartment is Sloane Square or South Kensington tube stations.

The apartment will receive a mid-week cleaning service on the 3rd day and a cleaning service with linen change on the 6th day.

Disappointed

We arrived and the apartment were not like the photos. Building is old, carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The apartment is simple and not well kept. Left after 2 days and found alternative accommodation

Mostly a nice flat. Windows are old and a bit leaky. Location description should have specified Chelsea Cloisters. Washer apparently only washes but doesn't really dry clothes. Good professional staff, very helpful. Internet only free for 24 hours. Then you must pay! Grocery store nearby.

Bon choix

L'appartement est parfait pour une personne. Le lit et les oreillers étaient très confortable. La literie était propre et sentaient bon. La cuisine est parfaite pour se cuisiner de petits plats. L'appartement est très bien situé et permet de marcher ou des prendre les transports en commun pour aller là où désiré. Seul bémol, je me serais attendue à ce que le WIFI sont compris dans la location, ce qui n'était pas le cas et ce qui est plutôt rare maintenant. Quoiqu'il en soit, je retournerais y séjourner.

I had a lovely experience throughout my stay !

Staying at The Chelsea Cloisters was a wonderful experience! It's a very safe place too stay...The staff is very kind and helpful. The neighborhood is incredible! I'd recommend staying here indeed! My next trip to London I'll be staying at Chelsea Cloisters!! Cheers!
