Great location!

We loved the location of this property! It was in the most charming neighborhood. The flat is small but a decent size for a solo traveler or traveling with a partner. The hot water did go out quite a few times during our stay, but the property manager responded quickly with a video on how to turn it back on. It did this a few times throughout the week. I also wish we had more towels. We didn’t have any dish towels to dry dishes we used and only were provided a bath towel and hand towel, which is fine but for a weeek it would have been nice to have two. You can request them and I wish I would have known that before our stay, but that’s my fault. The location is walkable to the underground station and has the loveliest pub underneath

Small property, bugs, and bad ventilation

The property is quite small and truly meant for a single person. The property was covered in dead bugs when we arrived and mosquitos came in and bit us overnight even with the windows closed. We contacted the property manager about this and he said he would send cleaners but never did. The property would not vent any humidity from the shower and the windows were dripping in water. Additionally, the shower and parts of the bathroom were very dirty when we arrived. The property was above a bar and the windows isolated no sound. You could hear everything outside as well as all footsteps above. Additionally, for our 5 night stay, there was two rolls of toilet paper left and no shampoo or soap. Location was nice but overall would not recommend

Hello Thanks for feedback. You are supposed to meet the cleaner to give access but you never responded to my message. You sent a message for Mosqito but no aware of any dead bugs till and no one mentioned to me. If property covered from dead bugs then you would not have completed 5 nights stay and check out on day of arrival so sorry but you just making this up. studio on street so yes noise will be there, so if anyone senstive to noise then i will not recommend this flat to anyone. Thanks

Petit séjour londonien

Hote très agréable et réactif. Appartement très bien situé, proche des transports en commun. Petit mais fonctionnel pour deux personnes. Seul petit bémol: juste une table basse et un seul fauteuil, pas très tratique pour se faire à manger.
