Très beau séjour passé à saint Malo

Magnifique séjour de 4 jours à saint Malo avec réservation de dernière minute. Quartier de saint Servan très calme (malgré la route du rhum) et très agréable! Proche toutes commodités , très belles promenades en perspective , proche intra muros, plages, embarcadère pour dinart, appartement spacieux notamment pour 2 enfants en bas âges. Nous recommandons!

Spacieux et calme

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, situé à 20 min à pieds des remparts et 10 min de la plage. Toutes commodités à proximité et parking gratuit à 100 mètres. Très bon accueil de Yann. Seuls petits bémols, la propreté peut être améliorée ( intérieur four micro onde , bouillloire ...) ainsi que la literie (Matelas très mous et sommiers grinçants).

Le sommier du grand lit est à ressort et peut grincer en effet. il sera changer pour un sommier tapissier des que possible .

grand appartement dans quartier animé

Grand appartement équipé avec des matériaux simples dans quartier animé très agréable à 10 mns à pied du bord de mer. Superbe cuisine récente mais revoir sommier de la grande chambre et matelas de la chambre à 2 lits.

Vous êtes le premier locataire à faire des remarques sur la literie . Je suis donc étonnée car le sommier du grand lit a 2 ans , et les matelas des lits individuels n'ont jamais fait l'objet de commentaires négatifs .

Très bon séjour Malouin

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le quartier de Saint Servan L'appartement est très cosy, lumineux et spacieux. Il est très agréable et très bien situé à deux pas de la vieille ville et de la Tour Solidor. Nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté pour nous garer. Nous avons découvert ce quartier que nous avons trouvé agréable et animé, nous y reviendrons volontiers

Très bel appartement particulièrement bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Florence. Il est situé au centre de St Servan (mais reste au calme). La décoration est superbe et l'appartement très spacieux et bien équipé. Un parking gratuit est à moins de 5 min à pied. Bref, je recommande.

Très bel appartement bien rénové

Seul hic l entrée de l immeuble, vétuste, avec les poubelles et ses odeurs. Très bel appartement rénové au 2 e étage , lumineux, spacieux, belle déco, très bonne literie. Très bon traiteur juste à côté et tt commerce à proximité. Perso je trouve que ce côté de saint Malo (saint sevran, solidor) est plus typique et joli que l intra muros (trop de monde et assez loin à pied). Par contre, pour se baigner à la plage, obligé d aller du côté de l intra muros. Propriétaire très gentille et à l écoute.

Douceur et confort

A deux pas du vieux Saint Malo, dans le quartier calme de Saint Servan, nous avons profité en famille de quelques jours agréables et reposants. Accueillis par un hôte sympathique, nous avons été conseillés sincèrement sur notre séjour. Merci à la propriétaire qui a su nous écouter et nous aider sur un problème personnel survenu après le départ. Bilan: Sérieux, accueillant et attentif.

Appartement confortable et bien placé, idéal pour 5 personnes

Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et de 3 enfants en bas âge. C'est un bel appartement, situé dans une rue commerçante de St Sernin, à 10 min de la vieille ville de St Malo. Un parc avec des jeux pour jeunes enfants est à 200m et la plage des Sablons est à 500m. L'appartement est vaste et la grande chambre permet d'y coucher 3 enfants. L'accueil de Yann est appréciable et permet d'obetenir de précieux conseils. Je recommande !

Très bon accueil par Yann a notre arrivée et au départ. Personne très sympathique et à l écoute Appartement bien aménagé, confortable Très bien situé, tous commerces dans la rue.
