Lots of charm for this Provencal farmhouse, located in the countryside, at the foot of the medieval village of Lussan, 15 minutes from Uzès, with all modern comforts and careful decoration.

Gîte "le tilleul": 4 people - 2 bedrooms - 1 shower room

** Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and the bathroom and WC.
** On the ground floor: large living room, wood stove and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker ...) attached.
The thickness of the walls of this old house guarantees you a natural freshness in summer.
Private entrance. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking a large wooded park.

Ruhige Lage in angenehmer Umgebung

Gut eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschöner Terrasse und eigenem Park. Unter dem schattigen Lindenbaum lässt sich auch bei warmen Temperaturen wunderbar frühstücken. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und es ist auch bei warmen Aussentemperaturen innen sehr angenehm. Die Vermieterin Françoise ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten, ob ein Markbesuch in Uzès oder Baden in der Cèze, für Abwechslung ist gesorgt. Wir können das Haus bestens empfehlen.

Le gîte est agréable et spacieux situé dans un parc ombragé et bien entretenu. La gentillesse et la discrétion des propriétaires sont à remarquer. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Ein Traumurlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung

Im Juli 2016 verbrachten wir 10 unvergessene Tage im wunderschönen Ferienhaus von Francoise und Jean-Pierre: schon bei der Ankunft verschlug es uns den Atem beim Anblick des parkähnlichen äußerst gepflegten Terrains, das den Bewohnern der beiden Ferienhäuser uneingeschränkt zur Verfügung stand. Im Schatten der alten Bäume ließ sich auch die größte Mittagshitze angenehm verbringen. Aber auch auf der eigenen Terasse konnten wir bei angenehmen Temperaturen frühstücken und bis spät abends das traumhafte Umfeld bei einem kühlen Rosé und den provencalischen Köstlichkeiten der Märkte von Uzès ( Mittwoch und Samstag ) genießen. Das alte Steinhaus war liebevoll restauriert, durch die dicken Steinmauern innen angenehm kühl ( 23 Grad bei 37 Grad Außentemperatur ). Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, so wie wir es noch nie in einem französischen Ferienhaus erlebt hatten. Die Räumlichkeien waren sehr großzügig bemessen und mit alten Möbeln liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Bad fehlte es nicht an Ablagemöglichkeiten und Handtuchhaltern. Im Umkreis von 20 km konnten wir jenseits der Touristenpfade die Umgebung erkunden ( Les Concluses, Gorges de la Cèze, La Roque-s-Cèze, Baden im kristallklaren Wasser der Cèze ) . Aber auch das nahegelegene Lussan war einen schönen Abendspaziergang wert. Im " Bistro de Lussan " ( Empfehlung von Francoise ) haben wir 3 x zu einem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend gegessen, ohne eine lange Anfahrt in Kauf nehmen zu müssen. Die Vermieter standen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, sei es durch Ratschläge für Ausflüge, aber auch bei medizinischen Problemen wie Zahnarztsuche am Samstag oder Aushilfe mit Medikamenten. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener erholsamer erster Aufenthalt bei Francoise und Jean-Pierre und mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter.
