schönes, helles, geräumiges appartment, zweckmässig eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht; sehr preiswert. die einfahrt zur garage für ein grösseres auto etwas schwierig, aber machbar. mit der technik des fernsehers hatten wir probleme. - es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Location et situation très agréables et ludiques

Appartement bien situé et très spacieux. Seul petit bémol manque une machine à laver sur place surtout quand on il y a de très jeunes enfants, même si des laveries sont aux alentours.

En tout point conforme à l'annonce

Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin est à disposition. La situation est nickel et la présence du garage est un gros plus. Le lave vaisselle est très appréciable. Attention que le lit de 2 personnes est en 140 donc pour les personnes qui, comme moi, ont l'habitude dun grand lit cest juste. L'appartement était un peu poussiéreux mais je pense que c'était dû à la conjoncture qui a dû lui empêcher d'être récemment loué. Rien de dramatique.

Appartement très agréable, en ordre, lumineux, bien équipé, confortable. Conforme aux photos et annonce. Proche de tout à pied : très proche de la mer (1 min) et des commerces, brasseries, restaurants... Seul point négatif, petite entrée de garage pas accessible avec notre véhicule break : pente raide (bas de caisse touchant le sol...) mais parking payant très proche ! Schönes Apartment - super Lage - unkomplizierter Vermieter

Sprachbedingt gab es bei der Ankunft etwas 'Komplikationen' bzgl. Strom /Wasser, aber Vermieter war telefonisch sehr gut zu erreichen und auch geduldig beim beantworten meiner Fragen! Zudem war der Nachbar sehr hilfsbereit! Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, Aufteilung der Zimmer ist für Familien mit Kindern super. Ein kleiner (gesicherter!) Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Lage ist super, man fällt quasi an den Strand. Dennoch war kein Lärm o.ä. zu hören. Supermärkte etc sind fussläufig zu erreichen, Auto wurde nicht benötigt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, den wir nächstes Jahr gerne dort wiederholen.
