ENJOY THIS SUBLIME PERIOD: Cannes Film Festival, 2 rooms ideally located in a secure residence for family vacations. Magnificent view of large private swimming pool with caretaker in summer and pool for small children, glimpse of the sea, wooded park. The fine sandy beaches are accessible by a path leading directly to the sea, on foot, in 5 minutes. No need to take your car. Private parking is at your disposal, at no extra charge. Shops are 5 minutes away. The SNCF train station is 10 minutes on foot. Buses 50 m from the bottom of the residence take you to CANNES, JUAN LES, ANTIBES, NICE etc ... Visit the Alpes Maritimes department, travel inland ... There are a thousand things to discover and see ... Practice all water sports. Visit MONACO, its aquarium. Nice airport is 20 minutes by motorway. GOLFE JUAN is a charming seaside resort with a pretty marina where it is pleasant to walk. Apartment with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, living room opening onto a terrace, bathroom, separate toilet, Wi-Fi, and free parking.

Freezer, microwave, and oven. Adjoining living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub, and toilet. A terrace where you can enjoy breakfast completes this small apartment. Air-conditioned. Private parking and Wi-Fi are available. Linens are available upon request.

A nice accommodation with a great view to the great pool with palms. Parking is not far and you can walk to the sand beach in 10 minutes. We just missed a shower holder.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ; nous connaissions déjà pour avoir séjourné il y a quelques années en arrière à golf Juan. La localisation est top, plage et port à proximité pour se baigner et se restaurer. Le logement est très bien équipé, la piscine est vraiment un plus pour se rafraîchir.

Deux semaines bien agréables, résidence calme et bien tenue, de jolis espaces verts. Baignades sans modération à la piscine ou à la plage toute proche et balades dans l'arrière pays. Madame TROUDE très sympathique et disponible, soucieuse du bien-être de ses hôtes.

Très belles vacances

Logement très propre, fonctionnel et très bien insonorisé, aucun bruit, vraiment agréable. Belle vue sur la piscine et le jardin avec en plus un aperçu mer. Climatisation efficace et silencieuse, mer à 10 mn à pied et parking sécurisé. Propriétaire très accueillante et soucieuse de notre bien être. Nous recommandons et reviendrons.

Appartement très fonctionnel avec plein de rangement à disposition. Tres bien insonorise et au calme. Salle de sport toute proche avec tarif à la semaine. Propriétaire très agréable et à l'écoute. Piscine géniale grand bassin de 1m20 partout et pataugeoire à taille idéale. On reviendra...

J'ai été ravie d'accueillir Patrick et Mireille et suis très satisfaite de leur venue. J'essaye de rendre le séjour des vacanciers le plus agréable possible...malgré la canicule. Heureusement il y avait la clim et la mer.

Superbe vacances en famille

Nous avons passé 15 jours de nos vacances dans ce logement (avec deux enfants). Tout s'est très bien passé. Le logement est très bien situé (à peine 10 minutes de la plage à pied). Nous avons très peu pris la voiture (présence d'un parking) excepté pour nos sorties (Marineland, Monaco etc.) ce qui est très appréciable sur la Cote d'Azur. Le logement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé (lave vaiselle, lave linge et la clim!). Madame Troude a été très accueillante et très sympatique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement pour passer des vacances au bord de mer.
