The Villa is ideal for holidays with friends and / or family exploring Provence. It can accommodate up to 8 adults (4 double bedrooms) and their children (4 extra beds and bunk beds on the mezzanine). The Villa offers you all the necessary comfort on 160 square meters spread over two floors:

Ground floor: A living room with two sofas and a TV (123 cm flat screen: 49 ’), a box with WIFI, a Blu-ray console; A dining room, separated from the kitchen by a central island, and composed of an extendable table which can receive up to 12 guests; A fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, American fridge, oven, ...) with central island and high stools, open to the dining room; Two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its private bathroom, one with a double bed (160 cm X 200 cm), a walk-in shower and two sinks, the second with a double bed (160 cm X 200 cm), an extra bed for two people (sofa bed), a shower, a basin with two taps; A laundry area receiving a washing machine and storage shelves; A bathroom.

Upstairs: Two bedrooms, each receiving a double bed (160 cm X 200 cm); An open mezzanine-style room with a bunk bed and a drawer bed; A bathroom with double sink; A toilet.

Outside: A south-facing terrace with pergola, particularly recommended for breakfasts, receiving a garden furniture in resin; A terrace in the shade of the house receiving a garden table and the barbecue; A ground in back facade of 1,500 square meters, pleasant for swimming (large heated private pool, salt, and sunbathing) and receiving children's activities; A private driveway, enclosed by an electric gate, for parking vehicles.

Miscellaneous: electrically operated shutters, reversible air conditioning upstairs in the children's corner, hairdryer, free WIFI, Netflix access. Our animal friends are not accepted. Linen provided on request at an additional cost.
