Located in The Villages of South Walton, nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Explore 30A by walking or biking to the local shops and restaurants. The amazing beaches are a 5 min walk away. The water is magical. Free tram if you don't want to walk. Come have fun in the PERFECT location.Access is a door code so no need to meet for keys. Building C is your building. Economy Property

2 adults and 4 year old stayed over Christmas while traveling between 2 other locations. Choose this due to cost and location. I assumed the cost was due to the off-season. However, this property is cheaply furnished and is in need of upgrades. The mattress was horrible. Ran out of paper towels and toilet paper in 24 hours. Located by a communal door which slammed at all hours. Woken early by trash and delivery trucks on business days. Floor needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. This may be there right property for some but was not for us. Not worth the value of in season cost.

Pura Vida

It was a little small for the 2 of us since we had to bring more clothes, etc for a wedding and pre-wedding events. A full view mirror would be a plus to help with dressing.
