This charming carriage house was exceptional. It was everything my daughter and I needed for short trip. The owners thought of everything from the collapsable dinner table or for playing cards, the drawers under the bed for belongings, the fridge including a freezer, the beach chairs, umbrella, the floor fan and just the overall cleanliness and darling decor. You really can’t beat the price for such a beautiful and convenient location. Hope to come back!

The Carriage was very nice and perfect for a couple. We did have an issue locking and unlocking the door to the house. It would take up to 10-15 minutes at some points to unlock or lock the door which became frustrating. The host was notified and said a locksmith would check out the issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay minus the door security issues!

The location of the adorable little loft is perfect. It is decorated with perfection for a beach atmosphere and has all the things you need for a relaxing getaway. The beach chairs,, towels and umbrella were extremely appreciated. You are in walking distance to beach and Rosemary downtown. Priced right for the space.

The carriage house was perfect for our short stay in Rosemary. My sister and I loved being able to walk down to the square every morning, and within the same distance but just the other direction, we were able to walk down to the beach. We will definitely reach out to Beth again and visit soon!

As good as it gets!

Nothing but great things to say about our experience here. Anytime we had a questions about our stay we were able to communicate very easily and quickly with the property owners. The house was exactly what we needed for our stay and I will definitely consider returning in the future.

Lots to do close by, but since we were in the back house we did not have access to the pool. Looked nice though. One thing was the bed is really soft, bothered my back. It is a really nice area and I will recommend it to others. I think I would go back and rent the big house. Can I get information on that one?

Short Stay in Rosemary

We had an amazing time! This property is the perfect size for 2, especially if you plan on spending more time exploring than in the house. We had some issues with hot water that were almost immediately resolved by the amazing host! Super walkable to the public beach access and the town of Rosemary. We will absolutely be back!!

Perfect location

This location was beyond perfect. It’s a 2 minute walk straight to the beach. We didn’t rent a car or bikes and we were able to walk everywhere. Great breakfast place literally buts up to the property. Felt like I was staying in Rosemary beach because the tennis courts are literally right there. House was clean. Instacart delivers here. I stayed with my husband and 1 year old daughter and it was a wonderful set up for us. Came with nice chairs and beach umbrella. Do bring your own coffee mugs and k cups because there weren’t any. Owner was supper helpful and check in and out was a breeze.

Hi Madison, Thanks so much for the review! We do provide coffee mugs and have a service of 6 as well as always put a starter set of 6 k-cups out for our guests. I wish you would of reached out so I could of notified the cleaner and asked them to come back out and deliver mugs and k-cups if they weren't there! Sorry for this inconvenience but I was not aware of that. Glad yall had a great stay!
