The exterior features include a large private outdoor deck with direct access to the Mistral beach boardwalk, the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of gulf of Mexico. Completely updated, this tastefully appointed condo comes fully furnished with tile flooring throughout. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops in the kitchen. Conveniently located just west of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach with easy access to bike and walking paths.

It says it sleeps 6 people, but there was only room for 4 people. 1 king and 1queen sleeper sofa. It was very nice and we enjoyed having the beach right there. We rented beach chairs and umbrella at the beach where they were set up and torn down for us each day. We ate a lot of our meals on the porch facing the ocean where they had a nice table with 3 chairs. We would highly recommend this cute condo.
