Comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on the south side of 30A. The beach, Coquina Pool, and Rosemary town center are steps away. Rosemary Beach has 4 private swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, several beautiful greens, and wonderful walking paths.
The cottage has a private balcony and shares a courtyard with gas grill with the main house. It includes a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes 1/2 size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dining table and 4 chairs. Television, CD player, and wireless internet provided. Bath includes tub with shower. Stackable washer/dryer is in the garage along with beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes that may be used.

The carriage house was quaint and nice. Perfect for a 3 night get-away. Location was amazing. Rode bikes to stores, restaurants and shopping. Short distance to beach access and especially the emerald water and white sand fantastic weather made it perfect!

We had the most amazing time at the condo, location was AMAZING, host is very kind and condo was clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay close to the beach. The perfect place for a solo vacation! I felt very safe and comfortable. The location is perfect, with the pool right across the street and the beach just steps away. Trips to the beach have been a family tradition since my children were very young. Being able to purchase a place at Rosemary was a dream come true. Both my son and daughter are grown, and Rosemary often serves as a meeting spot. It is our refuge and a wonderful place to share great times with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Rosemary Beach has everything - great restaurants, shopping, coffee shop, bookstore, spa - and the most beautiful beaches anywhere. It has such a great family atmosphere and provides special events - concerts, wine tastings, family activities, movies - on a regular basis.

What makes this property unique

Moon Jewel is located on the south side of 30A, steps from the beach and the Coquina Pool. It is also a short walk to the town area of Rosemary Beach where there are charming shops and wonderful restaurants.
