Amazing owners and management!

The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location. There was an issue with the building during our stay that was out of the owners control. The owner responded to our concerns quickly and upgraded us to another property free of charge. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you again!

Wonderful place

Here only four nights, but wish it had been much longer. Rosemary vibe is much, much better than nearby beaches. This property was perfect in all aspects-very well located, extremely clean and comfortable, very responsive owner Cheryl Moodie helped with questions before we got there. Could not have been happier if we had scripted it ourselves.

Relaxing paradise

It was nice staying in the heart of Rosemary. We were just a few steps above the heart of Rosemary and able to walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go. Absolutely loved the town and location of the condo.

Great place to stay for a week-long getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach & our stay in this condo. Check-in was a breeze and Cheryl was excellent to work with. The place had everything we needed for it to feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal being directly in the town square with a short walk to the beach. We are a family of four and found this unit to be perfect! So easy to walk to the beach, but also in the middle of town, which we really loved! The property was very clean with nice linens and towels. And management was extremely accessible and kind. We hope to visit again!

Cozy Home in the Perfect Location

Great LOFT...loved the location and decor!

First time to Rosemary Beach and loved it! This place was just as described and located right in the middle of the town square. Easy access by foot or bike to beach, pools, restaurants and shopping. Would love to return and would definitely consider revisiting this loft.

This is where you want to stay!

This condo was perfect. Not only was it spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished, there were also little touches like quality soap/shampoo and coffee. The location could not be better. Cheryl made sure the arrival, check-in, and check-out processes were clear and easy. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. I ate all my meals out as I was only there for two nights, but the kitchen was well set up had I chosen to cook. I plan to come back for a longer visit and will definitely stay here again.

Cute but had Issues

Very aesthetically pleasing and great location. The shades in the bathroom are see through, many of the outlets did not work and the master bathroom drain was extremely slow and pooled water. Once these things are fixed, it would be a perfect little place.

Wonderful location!

As usual, we enjoyed our stay in Rosemary. The location and layout of The Lofts made for a positive experience with an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. My only complaint is the king size mattress could use an upgrade. Also, the space had the strangest smell. We unplugged the plug-ins and removed the diffuser, but never could overcome the scent. Overall, we had a wonderful time and recognize that the areas of improvement are preferences. We look forward to vacationing in Rosemary again soon!

My experience

This was our first time staying in Rosemary Beach, we learned what we would do different for next time. The condo was clean and an awesome location if you want to be on the square around the shops and restaurants. The walk is about 5 minutes to the beach; it wasn't bad. Unless you are hauling a lot of stuff to the beach. The condo is above a restaurant; we didn't ever hear anything while in the condo. I believe the only negative is that the door to the condo's parking spot is in the back where the employees of the restaurant hang out. And the trash dumpster. But there is another exit option.
