Welcome! We are delighted to host you and want every guest to enjoy a 5-star experience. To help us continue offering the highest level of care, we kindly ask that you treat the property with respect and follow these simple guidelines:

Respect for the Property & Neighbors
• No smoking in or around the property. If smoking in any designated areas on the property, please fully extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts in the trash receptacle.
• Please respect our neighbors and observe Okaloosa County Quiet Hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Do not hang towels or clothing from the balconies.
• Parking Passes must be displayed at all times

Care Inside the Home
• Please do not consume food on couches or in beds.
• Only toilet paper should be flushed—no wipes, products, or other items.
• Please do not set the AC below 68°F (to avoid system freeze).
◦ When leaving, set the thermostat to 74°F or higher.
◦ Keep doors and windows closed when AC is running.
• Makeup washcloths are provided—please use these to avoid staining towels.

Outdoor & Beach Use
• Remove sand from belongings before entering the home.
• Rinse off beach gear and store in outside
• No Tents, Umbrellas or Canopies are permitted at the resort beach.

Additional Guidelines
• No package or mail deliveries—we do not have mailbox access.
• No Pets are permitted at any time
• Children should never be left unattended on balconies.
• Please bag trash securely before placing in the receptacle.
