Everything was very good the only thing I would suggest is to make sure all the nails on the walkway to the beach are hammered down, quite a few are sticking up.

Upon arrival the door was very hard to open. Once we got in when noticed a musty stale smell. We found mold in door frame leading out to the balcony. We discovered several bugs in the bed. We also found standing water under the bathroom sink. The bath towels looked dingy and not white. We chose to leave. The host never tried to help relocate us. But, they did refund our money. No apologies. Never would talk by phone. Only text conversations. I wanted to talk to somebody but that never happened through out the whole ordeal. We finally found somewhere else to stay at a much higher price. It was a total disappointment. Never been to 30A. So, this was not a good first impression.

Wonderful location, 2 mins to beach! Lovely balcony and view.The unit is just as pictured a mix of old and new furnishings. Bed was great! We found the dish plates to be greasy and had some dried food. Maybe the dishes were not properly cleaned by previous guests. Not a deal breaker, would stay again.We enjoyed the location! Awesome beach! Will miss it!
