Such a great space for a small family! We took our 11 month old to the beach for the first time and had a great time. Plenty of storage in the room! Could use a new Roku (it is old which makes it kinda of slow) if you want to watch TV!

This was the perfect girls’ weekend getaway! There were three of us and we had plenty of room and plenty of clean towels! Convenient and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Thanks for a great weekend!

This was our third stay at the Highland Carriage House, and it continues to be one of our favorite places in Rosemary Beach. It’s the perfect size for a couple, beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable. We love the quiet location while still being just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Every stay has been consistently wonderful, and it’s become our go-to place whenever we visit. We look forward to coming back again!

Fantastic location. Close to everything in Rosemary- Sky Pool and Tennis Club just steps away. 2 min bike ride to the beach and main street (Barrett Square) of Rosemary. Short and easy bike ride to Alys Beach too! This unit is older and has just essentials, but it’s also charming. Great for trip with my daughter (6) and myself.

Perfect for us —a couple getaway. Comfy furnishings. Quick walk to the beach and the square. Nice farmers market on Sunday. The gulf there is worth the drive - clear and beautiful. Definitely order your beach chair service early with the info provided. Only small con (we made it work) — dorm fridge. We cooked at night and went to the grocery before we arrived. It was a puzzle to get it all in :) Fabulous visit! We hope to book again!

Great Rosemary Beach Property

This is a great property for a couple. Walking access everywhere in Rosemary Beach and it’s a short drive to Seaside. The management company was excellent to deal with.

Great location and nice property

Everything we needed for our family of 3! The host was very communicative and helpful and the property was clean and comfortable. Wonderful location with access to amenities including the private beach entrances and multiple pools. Excellent walkability. We would stay here again.

Great 3 night getaway

Loved this property. The location was perfect. It was very near the heart of Rosemary beach. The carriage house was quite spacious-more so than we had thought. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot in Rosemary Beach!

We loved the Highland Carriage House! The location was perfect for walking or biking to the beach, shops, pools, and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings and found the house to have all of the needed amenities. We highly recommend this spot for a couple or small family and look forward to returning!!

Perfect getaway!

We loved staying in the carriage house! It was perfect for me and my husband. We thought the location was great, walking distance to everything and loved using the bikes everyday. The AC worked great and the place felt nice and cool! Very clean, no bugs, very cute place. Would recommend!
